My goodness - really!  It takes that long to approve one piddly image?!

I don't know if I can stay with Veer at this rate - I have a small port, and I need my sales as soon as possible not wait a month just to see the images go up.

Anyone have sales here, with a small illustration port?

I just started there about two weeks ago.  Haven't seen any sales yet and I've got 98 in the queue.  Not gonna upload until some of those get reviewed.  Course I've been around stock for 2 years so I have a few hundred that need to go up.  I'm not sure how long their reviews take.  Others that have been there longer probably will have a better estimate for you.  Though I think it's taken a month or more for reviews if my memory is correct from what others have said.

It's a waiting game and I don't like it.

For an established stock company it IS taking too long for reviews.

I'm not happy. Sales happen every now and then but reviews times are abysmal.

Well, I'm considering leaving it at this point - maybe until I have more to upload than one at a time as I create them.

I really couldn't care less about review times.  Sales are all I'm concerned about.  I have seen a drop in sales since the site was swamped with microstock images.  Hopefully they will bring in more buyers and things will pick up but everything seems to happen slowly there.  It's not as bad as Snap Village but I'm still not confident that they are doing things right there.  With Corbis behind them, I expected more by now.

If I had a small portfolio, I would just concentrate on the big 4 sites until I had a big portfolio and then I would be looking at CanStockPhoto, 123rf and BS before Veer.

Likewise, not only did I expect more but we were promised more, the 'elusive' marketing campaign seems to have died a death the same way it did for Snapvillage.

I'm guessing they're studying Getty pretty intensely and are seeing the way things are heading for iStock, Gettyimages recent push for RF seems to me to be an indicator that they want business back on the Macro side of the fence.

Veer is incredibly slow for me. I wanted to post that before, but I felt embarrassed that I'm selling there only 1-2 images per month. There are even months without sales.

yes it does seem an inordinate long time for review.  I have high hopes for veer as I like the site and variety that they offer.  I think it is appealing to buyers and hope they keep up the ad campaign to bring on more buyers.

So I'm slowly building my port there but it's much slower having to wait a month for anything to get approved.

Veer is really slow for me too, I am with them since the start (from SnapVillage actually), always nice approval ratio despite long time for review

I had a lot of pictures online so I got only around 200$ for Dash for Cash

Apart from that I had 77 sales and 178$ (1 EL) and 31920 views, this month 2 sales for 0.7$

From Juy 2009!

If you want to know how sad it is, with roughly the same number of images online, I have more sales at Canstock in a month or two, then I have had in a year at Veer. I to don't know what their problem is.
