Does anyone know where to see any refunds given out at Veer?
Lifetime Earnings (gross) seems to go down every couple days and I wonder if there is a problem with the site or if there are a lot of people asking for refunds. If it is refunds it would be nice to see the amounts and when. If it is a site error it would be nice to get it fixed.

Just a guess ... are they recalculating unpaid, non-US sales according to the exchange rate, the way Zazzle does?

I don't think so. sometimes the amount drops quite a bit. Today for example my account shows $2.45 less than yesterday yet it also shows I had $12.95 in sales yesterday. So a total drop of $15.40

Hi Leaf, I'll need to look into this further to see if I can sort out why this is happening.
The most recent refunded orders I see in your account were from back in April, so that does not appear to be the culprit. FYI- all refunds show up as a line item in your stats, the quickest way to find them would be to download the .csv sales file after setting a wide date range.

Thanks for the response Ryan
Yeah, that is what I thought - .. I thought I remembered Veer having a very tidy refund note the last time I did see one.
That said, the daily sales almost never match up to how much my Lifetime Earnings go up (or down).
I wonder if it is some sort of a bug where the Lifetime earnings are calculated over a 3 year period, which always has a moving start date, instead of just starting at the beginning of time.. so if I sold more 3 years ago today than I did yesterday then my Lifetime earnings amount would go down.
Anyhow, I'll keep a close eye on it and see if i can notice any patterns.

maybe this is easier in a private email but I thought others might have the same problem so I'll continue here for now.
Earnings #'s have been correct for the last 10 days or so, but today was a typical example of funny things happening.
Yesterday I had $3.15 in sales on Veer. My unpaid earnings went up $3.15 like they should but my overall earnings wen DOWN $8.40 ???

Tyler, do you remember the post in this thread from Brian O'Shea about the 'rolling total'?
I wonder if that's still active and might explain the drop you've seen.

thanks for reminding me about that.
Yeah I am suspecting it is something like that.
... oh.. now the stats page is down ...
... now it is up again and showing the correct amount ...
.. except, when I do a page reload.. now it is a different amount and It changes when I set the start date to July 2009 .. definitely something buggy here

Ah... maybe just a bug then.
