I started uploading to Veer in Jul10.  For a couple months after they approved me they only had 8 of my images posted with hundreds in review.  But I made about $8 on those images.  I thought....my goodness.... when I get all my images on here I should be making about $300/month on this site.  Well.... its Jan11 now.  I have over 600 images approved and posted.  I got to a total sales of $19.25 a couple of months ago....and there it sits.   Cry

Yes, it's a slow site for me too - but I've seen more regular sales over the last couple of months.  I'm still hopeful for Veer.

Well now....a few months later.... I like Veer.

Sales are still strange.   What I mean by that is that I will go a week or two with no sales and the I will get a $20 sale.....  another week or two and then another few higher fee sales.  And Veer is providing the highest $$ per image sold.   Its not like some of my other small earners where I consistently get $1-4 a week.   So its not like Shutterstock  ($30-60/ week) but  I think Veer will was a good addition to my list of sites that I upload to.

you cannot compare agencies like you are trying.. you can´t do it unless when they give you some consistency.. after that you can do some estimations but even then stock will never be mathematical

Veer was a non player for me after my initial uploads, and they still sell less than the others.  Their sales, however, are quite good.  One $3.50 sale is better than a dozen Fotolia sales at .25.  I have high hopes for them.  I'll get my first payout, other than what they paid for the initial submissions, this month.

I get a lot o el's there.

overall per month averaging around (maybe slightly higher) than BigStock and canstock, but is more variable, last month almost nothing until the last week and then boomed enough to be almost back on par. now slow again.

I recently sold a lot at Veer. Many El´s.  It was almost dead first year, but now I´m surprised.   I hope it´s not fraudulent sales, like at other places....

It almost feels like their search engine has a rotating priority. Or maybe its because it just not have the large customer base as the big guys.

I will go several weeks with no (zero) sales and then I will have a $35 sale and the next day a $5.00 sale and then a couple of $3.50 sales.  I expect nothing for the next few weeks.

Whenever I check the site its like a micro-lottery.  I never expect any sales but every month or two I get a little surprise!!

Bottom line is that it was definitely worth putting my stuff there and it feels good to get $3-35/ image instead of $.25/ image.

My first sale was 3.50, then three 0.35 cent sales than another sale for approx $5

I've had 1 or 2 sales since the first of the year and then on 5/2 I got a $3.50 a $5.00 and a $35.00 all for the same image...strange but sweet

I got the same set of sales on Veer this month although mine were for $3.50, $17.50 and $35 - twice! I also had a similar $35 and $3.50 sale of a different image. All told, I managed to get $169 from Veer in the month, which far exceeded my expectations! Normally I get about $10...

I've got 1400 images on line with them now, and will certainly continue to upload to their site!

PS - I've put the details of the pictures that sold on my blog: http://www.backyardsilver.com/2011/04/best-selling-images-in-april-2011/

I'm really getting to like Veer. After an OK month on the other sites, I checked Veer tonight and found a sale (for three different licenses) of this image for $56. I think that is the third time in the past couple of months. Whatever they are doing, I hope it continues!
