I hope it works, I would still like to be able to control my own keywords, like most sites let us do.  I am sure some of mine will need changing.

What about place names?  I take lots of photos around Cornwall and they sell well but I can't find them on your site when I do a search.  Is this because they are missing from the CV?

A problem a lot of us had was not with the importing, but with the way things were run on Snapvillage. They changed the keywords of most of our images, and in a very amateurish way. I wondered if they were native English speaker at all.
We would appreciate a chance to edit the keywords of the images that were imported, perhaps as a one off exercise?

I would like to add, after uploading new images, I found the keywording and editing on Veer to be excellent. A joy to use.

We do plan on releasing tools to enable you to edit metadata after the fact.
While I don't have an exact ETA, this functionality is definitely planned for a future contributor release.

Good news!  The sooner, the better, IMHO.

I'm also glad that the keywording issues will be fixed soon.

We agree - you should be able to edit metadata on your own, after files are accepted. This is true for all content, no matter if it was transferred from SnapVillage or if it was newly uploaded.

That is good news. I hope it's not too long.  ;)
Thanks Brian.

Is there any update on when we can fix the keywording on transferred files? some of the  leywords are not anywhere near relevant to the image. eg A radio telecope is keyworded as a musical instument.......

We really do need to get this issue addressed asap

thanks

Carol
