2 diffrent sales on one week and both were refunded

Every sale i have on storyblocks (which became rare) i wait at least 3 days before i feel that i can enjoy from it.
So many refund history. How come its only at them and depositphotos?
Never at pond5 or shutterstock.
Anyone else?

Yesterday I had my first refund. Very annoying!
I always found SB or VB very, very fishy for a lot of reasons

I just had two back to back. 4K clips too, sold then refunded. Somebody just stole my footage and storyblocks/videoblocks let it happen. Time to close down our accounts over there.

If it's actually a refund, then yes... they did let it happen. If it's a charge-back or a sale reversal, then they don't have any choice in the matter.
