Video review taking ages

I submitted a video to Videoblocks on 2 June 2018 and it still hasn't been reviewed. Are these long delays normal? There was another video I uploaded before that which only took a few days to get reviewed and accepted. That clip was using the h264 codec and the one that's currently in Limbo uses Prores but I doubt the codec has anything to do with review times.

My new video uploads go straight through to approved now. No pending at all. I guessed this was rolled out to everyone? Maybe not?

For a few months all of my footage was going straight to approved, but they seem to be reviewing again. All of my submissions for the last couple of weeks are in Pending.
