I had a portfolio on Yay Micro when they closed and pretty much forgot about it. I see that Yay Images is still in business and my images are still for sale over there. When I try to log on, I get the message that YayMicro credentials are not accepted and you need to create a new account. Anyone done this and how do you get back to ownership of your own portfolio and see if there is anything owed for sales of those images?

Is it possible they are reselling from another agency you are on? I had that happen with PM after I closed my account there.

I don't think so - I can search under my original user name and see the 5609 images that I had in the Yay Micro portfolio.

Steve - the Yay Images site is just for buyers. You can still log in and access all your contributor information/sales reports at the old Yay Micro site and that is also where contributors upload to (should they be so inclined). I just emailed them the other day asking them to close my account (no response so far) but in any case I have opted out of all "partner" sites including Yay Images (if that makes sense) so I have nothing for sale with them now. Shame, they were a good little agency at one point (pre 2013) and always very responsive to any queries I had. Hope that helps! Regards, David.

You are right - thanks for the reminder!

I did have a few sales in 2017 and had 59 euros in my account - I was able to request payout, so all I need to see now is the money!

0.025 (YAY Images)... Yes you read right, I received many sales at Yaymicro from their new Yayimages site... with ''Creative'' licenses sold for 2.5 cents... Wow! A new threshold in low commissions.
