"Your Zymmetrical account has been disabled and content put offline for the following reason(s):

- abuse of support staff"

May I know exactly how I abused support staff, please? I ask here since my question to the abused support staff remained unanswered so far.

If the support staff feels abused, I doubt they will engage you here. Why would they? More abuse? Of course we can't help you because we have no idea what went on between you and the site.

The Flogging with the Cat-o-nine tails obviously was too much for them.

On the serious side... did you write them in disagreement with a rejection or something?

Kindergarten.

Even worse: I did not abuse them. So this is a defamation.

Yes. The rejection was related also to a bug in their system. Seems that they are unable to manage this bug so they just disactivated my account in compensation. Kindergarten for sure.

No defamation intended. I really admire your portfolio on Istock!

ugh...
while they have the right to do whatever they want on their site, it has always amazed me how certain stock sites are more than willing to cut their noses off to spite their face. I would really like to know what you said that got you cut off. bad move on their part - they should have just ignored you - instead, some bruised ego gave you the boot...shame on them.

shades of fotolia.

How do we know what happened without hearing their side of the story?  They have been great to deal with for me, they usually respond to questions here more than any of the other sites.  I hope they can reply about this, some people have been removed from sites in the past because they made comments they probably shouldn't of.

I have to ask this in all honesty, who is Zymmetrical? And does it matter? They are probably doing you a favour by freeing up some time for you.

There won't be any comments on the matter, especially here. The ranting and twisted facts presented in this thread, only reinforce that the correct decision has been made.

Do I twist facts? Yet another defamation.

Your site is weird and crappy, this is true, and everybody knows that. What did I twist, zymmetrical?

Instead of, indeed, ranting here regarding your "abuse" resentments, you'd better to train your reviewers and to attract buyers. Otherwise, take offence at yourselfs.  Tongue

Continue like that and you failing agency will join LuckyOliver, you follow right the same way.

Well, I wouldn't take about all american organizations. I simply remained surprised reading "some people have been removed from sites [namely, Zymmetrical.com] in the past because they made comments they probably shouldn't of"

I had pretty tough discussians on fotolia, for example. But I have never been accused and labelled as "abusing staff"! Porca miseria!

You do understand that it's only the various levels of governments that are democracies, right?  Neither democracy nor absolute (okay, near absolute) freedom of speech apply to corporations.  Which is as it must be if they are to succeed according to their own sets of goals.

A corporation, heck, most every non-governmental body, has to operate in the interests of those it serves: customers, suppliers, employees, stockholders.  And it can't let one group entirely supersede all the others.  It certainly can't let one vocal malcontent damage its operations or its reputation.

If your actions toward Zymm were anything like your comments here, I can see why they'd consider you too high a cost of doing business for too little gain.  I might also suggest that the more you talk, the more of us you convince that we wouldn't want to deal with you either.

What's funny is ,many organizations allow a serious discussion to take place in their midst, that often includes less than flattering comments about that organization or it's products. Often these forums are hosted by the company themselves. In micro though, often due to over inflated and highly sensitive egos, this is not the case.
