Dear Contributors,
Greetings from 123RF!
Recently, we notice an increase in the submission of AI generated content.
Due to the legal uncertainties with regards to AI generated content, we’re getting in touch to inform you that 123RF will cease to accept all submissions created using AI generation platforms. This ruling will be applied retrospectively to content uploaded prior to this announcement.
What we will not accept into any paid collection:
Any content generated from AI generation platforms (examples include but not limited to: Dall.E 2, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].
Thank you.

And it seems they decided after all to accept AI images:
Dear Contributors,
123RF now accepts your AI images!
We are thrilled to announce that our platform now supports the upload of AI-generated images. This is a big step forward for us and we believe it will greatly enhance your portfolio at the same time offering a more diverse pool of content to our users.

For what I see, if you send AI generated images in appropriate category, you are also forced to consent to give it away for free also for commercial use.
So, stay away from this agency

Well, you clearly can't see very well...

Well, you clearly can't see very well...
Have you tried to upload AI?
Selecting AI category there is a checkbox down under the page, and you HAVE to check it. It says that you agree to give it for the free section. And it's necessary to check it to proceed.
And it's different from photos upload.
So maybe it's you that clearly can't see very well :-D
-
To be exact the checkbox says:
"I allow users to use my media for free, even for commercial purposes, without further attribution or compensation to me"

For media submitted for Free License distribution:
I allow users to use my media for free, including for commercial purposes, without further attribution or fee to me.

123rf blows.
-
That is really nasty.

Yes, "For media submitted for FREE (!!!) License distribution". Just don't submit to the free section. You can choose PREMIUM on the next page.

Yes, I did. And because I am able to read and UNDERSTAND, I was able to choose PREMIUM on the next page.

For me is absolutely clear :) If is submitted for Free it is for free this why I add first line for people who do not read all text. This is example how hoax is starting ;)

Exactly.

Ok, thanks and sorry, my mistake!

Then there is almost no point in uploading to them. It will help them but does little for the creators. Do they think we live and create just to support them?

Yes, they are on steep downhill slope.
Below is a graph with my 123RF earnings going down the drain, even when compared with DT (similar size company), which is more or less stable.
Moreover, they reject many of my photos because they are too large. Storage limitations in this time and age? Common!
I see no reason to downsize them only for 123RF and then upload them manually.
