(1/1)

GeoPappas:
I got the following email from 123RF:

"In view of requests from our fellow contributors and in line with our website's expansion, we are proud to announce that single-image-sale and vector image acceptance are officially available on 123rf.com.

Log on to http://submit.123rf.com and check out these latest features.

Single-image-sale
Single images are available in 3 sizes. They are offered in web size, print size and ultra high at $1, $2 and $3 respectively. Enjoy 50% of the actual price for each of your image sold.

Vector Image Upload
Getting started:

- Save your vector illustration as an Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) file.
- Sign-in to your account
- Click on Upload Image
- Click and check > Illustrations (EPS) and click Continue
- Browse and select your images to be uploaded and Upload!"

The single image sales was what made me sign up with them last week.  For the subscription only, it doesn't look fair to me, just like SS.

Regarding the vector files, unlike other sites, you have to upload the EPS only.  I think it's a mistake not to allow a high res JPEG together, so that a buyer that does not know anything about vector images has an option.  Thus, for a while, until vector picks up there, I'll stick to the raster images, unless they won't accept them anymore (I've asked).

Adelaide
