Calm down, Luis.  You just got the wrong reviewer.   :P

I've had a 100% acceptance for this month, after submitting 8 different batches. Perhaps you just got the wrong reviewer, I don't think its a trend at 123RF.

I guess you guys havenīt been reading about 123RF.. :P

Now if I want my photos approved I need to link my photos with SS approvals ehehe they are just nuts

this is the second time on 123RF I am thinking if it is worth losing time giving them the link from SS or other agencies, why dont they do their job and review properly??

Last week I had a batch of 22 all rejected. I sent them an email with links to the same photos approved at Shutterstocks and Fotolia and I got the whole batch approved at 123RF the day after!

I am thinking that now they dont have reviewers, they are cutting out on expenses lol and follow other agencies reviews lol :P but emailing 70links is hard work.. not understandable

I have done that the first time, then a few batches well approved and today AGAIN the same problem

That's me too.  Practically everything I send is accepted, but sales are the worst ever.

Just because images have been accepted on one site doesn't mean they should automatically be accepted on another. Every site has different standards.

if my images got rejected i just couldn't be bothered to re-submit them again on 123rf.

but generally speaking, sales are not bad on 123rf for me.

LOL should I answer or just ignore??..

from 70 pictures, got like 60 approved at SS and 50 at FT.. So I guess they are nice to most agencies, just IS maybe half of that..

In June 123RF rejected 19 out of 49 vectors I submitted there. All 19 of those were accepted by SS, DT, FT, et al. So I have stopped submitting at 123RF for the time being.

Is that worth the time for the email? My last batch (somewhere early June) was rejected 9/10 on 123RF and accepted 8/10 on iStock. I just took the time to delete that batch on 123RF entirely, and I removed them from my upload list.

The point is I was insulted. I can live with rejects after 5 years in stock, but not with this kind of erratic behavior. Their "reviewers" must be morons, or competitors. They went from a nice and quiet site 2005-2009 to a big PITA now. Moreover, their earnings page still shows 0 earnings for all my months and years. I can understand a glitch for 1-2 weeks but not for 2 months.

I really don't have time to email them about all this.

Hi Luissantos84,

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback. As you know, microstock is a very unique and subjective industry. Companies like 123RF provides a platform for photographers to submit their masterpiece and image buyers to purchase these masterpiece. Over the year, we have learnt to identify the market trends and needs to benefit both contributors and image buyers.

However, as you know, all of us are human being, we learn from each other and seek for improvement. Therefore, we welcome and appreciate any feedbacks from our contributors and offer our contributors an avenue to make appeals for their rejected images by providing us the images accepted elsewhere as a comparison. We will re-evaluate the images. However, kindly be reminded that the images were still be rejected if it does not meet our acceptance policy.

Many thanks,
Anglee

Heh, funny.

You've made me look into my history and it seems they rejected my last 2 vectors lol. Weird. I have a 90% acceptance ratio there, and I don't remember having a vector rejected before.
What's a bit ugly is that they didn't even specify a rejection reason.

take it easy... with minor sites it's not worth resubmitting or even checking if they accepted or rejected files, provide they accept most of them

upload all you can and let their random selection create a unique portfolio - slightly different at each site

then forget and wait for sales

Perhaps they'll give you an offer to become an "in-house" photographer  ;D
I simply upload 1 image a month there to see if the reviewer(s) have picked up their glasses and put down their pipes  ???

I'm going to leave my earnings money to my great great grandchildren.....by then I might reach payout. Worthless agency. I don't even upload there any more.

you keep asking us to do YOUR work, but you still havent addressed the BASIC uestion - why are entire batches rejected at 123 for 'poor lighting' when they are accepted at other agencies - are your standards really THAT different?  and ar

for some reason I dont have a problem with rejects on 123. had 12 rejected because I forgot the model release :) apart from that I've had 2 rejected in the last 50+. My sales for may and june were only about 65-70% of previous months.
