Hi
I'm wondering whats happening with 123rf. I have footage waiting for review since the middle of september 2015 and counting.
Are you having any issues with the review time? are they that slow reviewing usually or is just momentary?

I am in the same situation. Plus; my new uploads have been sitting in the ftp folder for the last 5 days :(

I have a clip pending review since July 30th :)
I sent them an email 2 weeks ago, but nothing happened.
About one year ago, they even offered to help me with my footage upload. But meanwhile, it looks like they lost interest in it:

Yes, I have images pending for weeks...

I uploaded a large batch a few weeks ago. They would still be there now but I sent them an email politely requesting they QC them. A day later they were assessed. That's the second time an email has prompted action for me and I got the heads up about this from someone else on the forum. It works!

Same boat here. I remember a while back it was taking them 3-4 weeks to review JPGs. I try not to read anything into it. With no insight into their internals, who knows how many reviewers they have for video and if they were reassigned other tasks or if it is a sign of loss of interest. I do have to say of the three sites I upload video , they are the lowest in sales for me.

Today 123Rf has reviewed all my files the old ones and the new ones that I uploaded 5 days ago. Amazing.

I have submitted some videos more than a month ago, still not reviewed. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Same with images, never been this bad.

It looks like all agencies got infected with SRV (slow-review-virus) and nothing we can do about it. :(

123rf became a slow crawling snail regarding the review time :( My queue was over one month old and 200 images waiting :p
I sent them an email and they said the volume of images coming in is very high. Probably they don't have enough reviewers to cope with that load.
After that they approved the queue but now I'm in the same spot ... sending emails for each batch is ridiculous.

I have video pending from january ... now I have new video batch to upload but i don't know if it worth to upload it to 123rf because the review time is tooooo long. Elsewhere the review is very fast ! Except pond5 ... ! :-\

I had 66 images awaiting approval, vectors and photographs, going back over a month. I emailed them yesterday morning and all but 8 editorial were reviewed by mid day.
They did reply to my email stating that my images were in a queue and would be reviewed soon. I have email them before regarding this and each time the images were reviewed within a day.
