Title: 123rf what a mess!

They reject photos for " Invalid Description / Keywords ". Sure, but the description its not the same, changed some how
My portfolio its empty

FYI, their mobile app is reporting the sales, on the fly, the same day.
And Giveme5 is right: I had a great month, almost a BME.

Anyway, 3rd best month this year, 5th best since 2014 when I started uploading. So I suppose it's quite OK.

The reviewing system is a bit strange, and you never feel like you know what's going on... Tagging is really fast however.

I wrote them that it should have been an error and they told that it was not…
So I have reuplaoded the images… just to see………

I can't really see my account, the earnings page goes somewhere else, and they say I have submitted more than 44,000 images, which I certainly have not. Can't find my previous earnings nor my current balance. Has my account there been hacked or is their site just royally screwed up?

Post by: Hannafate on December 10, 2016, 10:35: My most recently approved images are still not showing in my portfolio, after nearly two weeks. I wrote to them asking if they want any more new images, since they don't seem to be anxious to get them up for sale. They have not responded.

My conclusion is that they don't want new images, so, they aren't getting any more from me.

Post by: BaldricksTrousers on December 10, 2016, 12:43: I've always found their site so clumsy that it's a pain even trying to see what sales I've had, so I don't go there often, it's too much like wading through treacle. In addition my best-selling niche was too niche for them so pretty much all my photos of Qatar got rejected as lacking commercial value (hahhahahahaha...... the richest country in the world and they don't want pictures from it).
My sales were never great there (see above) and seem to have tanked in the last few months.
I've pretty much given up uploading there, so I can't comment on current problems. So I guess this is all a bit off-topic, really. Sorry.
