Anyone else have their photos stuck? Are they going out of business? I've been planning to drop them, but suddenly had better sales over the summer, so I began uploading again. Not a single photo has been reviewed since end of August

You have to write them to request the review. I email them a lot lol. It's stupid but they seem in problems to review as they did before.

Yeah, I just tried their "live" chat, but it seems to be dead. And I did email them, haven't heard back though. Really shouldn't have to do that! I don't think I've ever emailed them before and I've been submitting there for at least 5 years, I think...

send an email-- they will reply that the are busy but it does shorten the time of review period. Of course, don't this all the time. I usually wait until I have like 100 image or more...

The same here. It seems that they review images randomly in my case. Videos have not been reviewed since February, it is very similar with editorials. Normal images have not been reviews sice August as well. The only thing that is sometimes reviewed, are vectors. Although, it is weird here as well. Sometimes, they are accepted even before I finish the submission process (images seem to be processed in the step 3 or 4 in the workflow but when the website redirect itself to the step 5, they are already accepted). If this situation does not happen, they are never going to be reviewed.

That's a good strategy. I email them once a month.

The one good thing- you haven't lost much money from DP even if you waited two years for a review  :)

I actually ended up having a lengthy chat with their support after-all, took about 10 minutes for someone to come online. But they ended up pushing my images over to the review team, and, guess what, less than 24 hours later, all the images stuck have now been reviewed. I did see some rejections that I've never seen before, like "Poor composition"... And I don't think it's the case, nor do other agencies. But I'm not going to gripe about it. I also mentioned it to the chat bot/person that this issue is unacceptable and is a sign of disrespect to us, photographers. If we choose to allocate our time to do business with 123rf, so should 123rf. If not, there are plenty of agencies who approve within minutes (like BigStock) or 24 hours (like SS or Getty). She/it assured me that, while they were currently overwhelmed with the submissions (hire more people was my comment), the management was aware of it and was working on new tools for them. She/it didn't have any information on the ETA of when those tools would be available, which to me is another sign that this problem is not really being taken seriously. So... didn't see any reason to chat with a bot/person who is not a decision maker any longer. Not looking good from where I see it.

Not nearly as much a sign of disrespect as paying us less and less for each sale. Of course if you stop uploading your images don't wait in the queue forever either.

DP informed me that they're re-assessing images that they rejected in the past.....my goodness! Rejected images with Depositphoto may not be rejected after all.....

Thanks for the info.  I had a couple that were rejected by DP a couple years ago suddenly turn up as approved so good to know what is going on.

Yes they take forever to review images. I've basically stopped uploading there, time to review and low sales doesn't give me much incentive to continue with them. Low royality rate aswell.
Their uploading process is horrible aswell. If it was single click maybe I'd submit more there.
I submit 1 or 2 every now and then to see if things have changed.

They say they have 114 million images, they must have another 20 million in their que.
