hi i am not able using 123rf i have 504 Gateway Time-out since 1 week. I am the only one ?

Doesn't work for me. Over the last week I've been able to access occasionally, but it mostly times out.

I emailed them some 3 month ago about AI reviews, as I have content in the queue that is approaching a second anniversary, and I've had no response to the email. Photos are selected and approved if it's a subject they want, but the rest languishes for months.

I'm assuming they are on life support and the site is being patched together with bandaids.

No, you are not the only one with the time-out messages.

Just because it works for you, to conclude that Louis is the only one with the message is, to put it mildly, ‘a bold statement’ ;-)

For weeks/months now, 123rf has been in a mess.
The site often doesn't work for contributors, the ftp upload hasn't worked properly for a while (the ftp certificate expired years ago) and the reviews haven't worked for months (4,200 images in the queue since February 24).
On average, support only replies to every 3rd email and then only with a standard reply from the archive.
It looks to me very much like the next agency will soon be closing its doors here...

The site pays money, so everything is fine.
There are problems with FTP, but they say they are working on fixing them. Of course, it is not known when FTP will work, but I do not need to upload there yet.

I finally passed the final payment threshold again and now that my balance has been transferred I can close my account. (I thought it was just me because I was thinking about it.) I'm a little relieved that it happens to everyone.
If anyone is wondering why I closed my account.

Been down for me for a few days too. Can access the site, my portfolio but gateway timeout on the most important page, the contributor sales page. Hopefully it get fixed soon.
