Are you getting them too? I got lots of them in the last couple of month. What's worse, they're deducting more than I got in fact payed, 36c instead of 32.

On top of the fact that I never ever, never ever ever got a sub sale refunded. It makes no sense whatsoever for a buyer to do it, since they get to DL a ton of images/month anyway.

Nothing in the last month - I think there was one in November, but not for a sub.

If the sale was in 2012 then a sub royalty was 36 cents. Now it depends on your "level" - and I'm assuming you're now getting 45% as a leve 4? Refunds should be for the amount in effect at the time the sale was made.

And yes, it's odd to see something for a sub sale - perhaps a ticked off employee downloaded unneeded images to get back at a co-worker?

I had one a few days ago and the calculations on various reporting pages was messed up.  I contacted support and in less than 24 hours I had a response that it was for a file downloaded in Oct. of last year and they also had fixed the reporting errors.  Had another error the next day where my commission percentage was dropped a level.  Contacted support at 11:00 PM (EST) and by the morning it was fixed with a response from support.

I'm not happy about the commission changes or the reporting errors but I give them high marks for the quick responses that were personalized to my specific problem and better yet, were reporting that the problem had been corrected.

jsnover: I got a dozen or so in the last couple of months. Yeah they replied afterwards that it was a 2012 sale. I replied with my thoughts and also added what contributors really thought of them (promising no cuts, but then implementing them anyway) and that I'm gonna delete my acc unless they sort it out. And of course that I haven't been uploading for months and really am just a step away to do so, since earnings at 123RF are negligible. They're not really negligible, but still, only 5% of my total earnings, I could live without it ;)

klsbear: They're helpful until you're not too honest wth them ;) ;D
