I just would like to make a suggestion for 123RF: make the site more community oriented. I find the general interface a bit poor, I would love semthing like DT
123RF is growing very fast recently, review times have improved and sales are higher. I think the general web needs to be worked a tad
-
Thank you for your suggestion.
Can I ask what do you exactly mean by "more community oriented"? Are there any specific features that we should be working on?
Thank you.
Alex.

Could I just butt into this and mention that, if I want to see which image just sold, I have to:
1. Leave the monthly page I keep open to refresh and check the daily rate increase.
2. Scroll to the footer at the bottom of the page and click 'More'
3. Select 'Download' from the page I arrive at.
4. Scroll to the bottom of that page to find the last page number on the list for that month.
5. Click that page number and scroll through to see which images sold that day
... and they don't appear in sequential order, so then I have to try to remember which ones I've already seen to spot the new image(s).
That is FAR more longwinded than on any other agency I belong to, and surely it's a very obvious thing for contributors to want quick access to.
Unless of course I'm making things hard for myself and have missed something blindingly obvious. :)
I'd love to be able to just click on today's date, on the earnings page, and immediately see the downloads for that day.
Apologies PedroV, for butting in. I'll butt out again now.

+1
And on top of that: There is no easy way to see how often any file has sold / what royalty amount it has accumulated. A simple list of my portfolio (sortable by upload date, downloads, royalties) indicating these values for each file would easily accomplish that. All the data is there, it can't really be hard.
-
+1 to that also.
Back in the days when I was a Web Designer, there was a rule of design that no destination should take more than two clicks to reach.
It was a good rule :)

It is a long process. The 'Download' should at least be in the footer in the 'For Photographers' section instead of having to go to 'more'. Plus the availability of right clicks for links would be nice, ie. to open link in new tab. The only right click available is for the 123rf logo at the top of the page.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your suggestions, do keep em coming, we will take all of these requests under advisement and will work on them when we have more time as we are prioritizing revenue growth at the moment and in the midst of trying to add a new component to the site. We will be in touch very soon with regards to that.
Once again, thank you.
Alex.
-
I meant put some forums feature ;)
-
Thank YOU Alex, and you'll get no complaints from me for prioritising revenue growth. ;)
The increase in sales at 123RF is wonderful... and your commissions put other agencies to shame. So yes please, more of that, so we can finally kick the poor payers to the kerb ;D
ETA: Hey! I just checked the list on the right, and right now 123RF is only .1 away from FT. I so want to see 123RF in the top 4. It'd be a win for fairness.

So that's how you do it!
I'll give it a try.

123RF rocks!! I miss forums also :)

Since this seems to be a suggestion box thread:
I would like 123 to allow pseudonyms or account name changes. They are the only site of the 12 that I contribute to that can't or won't accomplish it. We shouldn't be stuck with our newbie names forever.
-
they say they pay around the 17th automaticly, nothing until today (28).
and they don't answer my emails.

Did you reach the minimum balance? I received my payment on the 15th as usual.
-
I always receive my payments on 15th, not a single day later. That's every month, for quite a number of years now. Maybe you didn't reach the payout limit (50 for paypal if I'm correct, for Moneybookers is more).
Alex, add to the suggestions - the listing on all months royalties on Earnings page is overkill. Nobody wants to see their history since they first started with 123RF if they want to check the daily sales. You could save yourself some computing power and bandwidth. And getting a more responsive page.
I also agree that 123RF should be in the top tier.
-
If my current sales at 123RF is anything to go by (and it seems like most contributors are boasting about increased sales) 123RF will automatically be in the top tier after month end reports are in. Go 123RF, show the "hypocrites" (may I say it here where I refer to no-one specific......) that increased sales is not all about lower sales prices and reducing contributor commissions.
You earned the right to be top tier - "fair pricing", contributor focus and all!!!

Fair enough, it's just a matter of adding a new bookmark. Still think things could be more easily accessible from the homepage, or from any page.

That's the page I end up on after going through the above process. But it doesn't seem to have the total that clocks up when you get a sale (does it? I'm not going nuts am I?)
The rising total is the thing that gives me my 'fix'. Just gotta have it :) Hence my journey from the starting point to there.

yes, it was over $ 50, at this moment it's $ 65, 16.

Hey Drop,
Thanks for the headsup.
I've informed our team about your issue. Kindly email your UID to [email protected] so that we can check it for you.
Thanks for your patience.
Cheers,

StockSubmitter showed a 99,23$ sale from 123rf for me yesterday. But when I tried to check what picture I had sold, I couldn't get into my earnings page. And when I got in a little later, no sale showed.
Credit card fraud going on or something? I was so happy about that sale.... 8)

I don't mind where 123RF appear in the "league table" but the thing that really does matter is how they perform for me and as far as I am concerned it is exceptionally well. RPD is very good and they are engaged in a very close battle with DT to be my third highst revenue stream behind SS and IS...
I too would like to see navigation improved and a little more information on performance of each image so number of sales and total sales revenue for an image would be cool but will not sell me anymore pictures and I doubt that I would learn heaps from the data. Just keep motoring on is what I say :D
-
@xalanx - we've compressed the tables a bit. Hope it's to your liking.
@kjorgen : you need to write into [email protected] with more details namely your 123RF userID and approximate dates. If you know the exact file, even better, we can query our team with that level of information.
Thank you.
Alex

@Alex - yes, it's certainly helpful not to scroll endlessly, it's a good move forward!
Thanks, keep up the good work!

Nice. It would be even cooler if the year on the left was clickable to expand that year (can you get to the old monthly data anymore somewhere?).
Much nicer the way it is now though, and cool to see suggestions getting implemented. Thanks, I for one do appreciate having 2 way communication rather than the one way take it or leave it we seem to be getting from some other sites.
One thing I'd like to see is some sort of views and downloads data on the faves page so that when I am trying to decide what images to fave I can look at that data w/o having to open the specific images.

yes, it was over $ 50, at this moment it's $ 65, 16.
today 30 september, nothing happened.
-
I have been skipped 2 months in row now for my payment. It has been over the necessary amount. I've sent 2 emails to support and zero reply back. Frustrating.
-
Try emailing [email protected]. She's in charge of payment?
