Yes, got it yesterday.

However, since it's my first payout from 123RF (yeah, it took ages with this agency to qualify for a payout), I'm wondering why the balance didn't reset after the amount due was calculated and actually paid out. Or it's just a matter of time at this agency?

Just a matter of time usually. I received my payout on time the running total hasn't reset yet.
