Hello there ! I have images waiting for approval on 123rf from 15 march ... it this usual that it takes so long ? It used to be faster before.
-
Yes, takes a while, send them an email and they will be reviewed in 24 hours.
-
Yep, that's too long. They're one of the quickest in the industry for review times. As Ron suggested, send them an email.
-
thank you ! I will :)
-
I also have some that have been languishing since 5 April. What i am finding also is that images submitted through the mobile app are getting approved almost immediately, but anything submitted through the website just gets stuck in the queue

Same issue here.
I have a batch from March 22 still pending.
I have sent other batches since then, most recently on April 12, and they have all been reviewed.
Not sure what the issue with this one particular batch is.
-
I've a batch of 9 images pending since March 10. Why should we have to send an e-mail to prod them along? They're not all that great of an agency to begin with.
-
They review only after sending mail.
And they rejected much more as before.
SS naci...inspector on work here as well ?
Because SS accepted the same photos just like that.
-
Is there anybody out there from 123 to answer all these delay to review pending submissions. Me from 23th may!
-
I just had a batch approved, took a week. Interestingly, I still have 2 pending.

After a long hiatus, in May I started uploading work to 123rf again.
May 21st I contacted support because I noticed new images are put at the very back of the search results if you click the "New" tab - the very opposite of what I'd expect.
New images do appear a bit closer to the front by relevance (the default) and other criteria (Variety), which explains the sprinkling of sales from the 300 or so new images I uploaded.
May 26th support wrote back that they'd forward the issue to IT for "further investigation and will revert back to you once we have resolved the matter"
I haven't heard back. New images are still at the back and I haven't uploaded since then as it seems like a bad idea to have new work buried like this.
I can only guess that they don't think this is a priority - a search in upload (or approval date) order is about as simple as it gets - no secret sauce involved - and yet the problem isn't fixed.
I'm very disappointed that they just have just let this sit. I'll let my existing work sell and wait for some notification of a bug fix before I resume uploading

Hiya,
Thanks for the heads-up!
Please PM me your 123RF UID or email it to [email protected] so that we can check it for you.
Have a pleasant day!
Cheers,
Anglee

I just submitted yet another ticket to support with the following message:
"I submit images on a weekly basis, primarily to ensure a constant, evenly spaced addition of images to my portfolio. It is thus a concern to me to notice that once again none of my EVO submissions were reviewed for the last 50 days. I have several batches of EVO images pending since 27 April. This is an on-going problem, always with the same excuse as to why they were not reviewed. The EVO collection is the premium collection and I feel this must be treated as such by 123RF, especially with regard to reviewing. Can you please look into the problem."
Why do 123RF ONLY review EVO submissions after a request to do so? This is an ongoing problem for a long, long time. Please this needs to be resolved.

Hi Eco,
Thanks for your feedback.
We've escalated this issue to the PIC.
Cheers,
Anglee
