Can you elaborate?

I uploaded images yesterday via FTP and I had to manually click on the link "click here to process uploaded files" on the "History" page.
Only this way I can transfer my FTP images to edit them.

I still see the link now and I have more images on the FTP waiting but they don't appear automatically.

Hi Melastmohican and Click_click,

Thanks for the headsup. We apologize for the inconvenience caused with regards to the FTP.

For Melastohican, we've notified our IT personnel and they're rectifying the cause and fixing it accordingly.

However, for Click_click, kindly email your UID to [email protected] so that we can proceed to investigate the issues further?

Have a pleasant day!

Cheers,
Angelina

I never had a problem. I just explained how it works for me.

All my FTP uploads are available when I click on the link on the "History" page.
I've always done it this way and I thought this is the way it's supposed to be.

Thanks for checking by!

Hi Melastmohican,

Thanks for the headsup. We've tested several times on our site and everything is working fine.

Hence, kindly advise us as below:
a) Which browser are you using?
b) Version of the browser.

So that we can proceed to investigate your issues further.

At the same time, you may try to re-upload your images via FTP in different browsers.

Cheers,
Anglee

Still not working. Just tried this morning. Editorial was working first then it's broken like for normal images but I do not have any more editorials to submit.

I am using Firefox 4 on Mac OS X but I guess I tried at work with Firefox 4 on Windows XP and results were even worse. Here I at least can see animated image.

Also if this make any difference I am using AdBlock.

Hi Melastmohican,

We will notify you via email once our IT personnel have looked through the cause of the issue you're facing now

Therefore, you may try-out filezilla to upload your images at the moment.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Cheers,
Anglee
