Title: Can't sign in to 123RF
Post by: Noedelhap on January 11, 2022, 18:19
Does anyone else have trouble signing in? It says:

Verification email resent.
If you don't see it in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
If you still can't locate the email, please contact customer support.
Didn't get your verification email? Resend email

Nothing appears in my inbox, but when I try the Resend Email option twice more, it says maximum number of requests reached.
Contacting Customer support seems pointless, been waiting for a few days now...

Checked https://haveibeenpwned.com/ for you:

"123RF: In March 2020, the stock photo site 123RF suffered a data breach which impacted over 8 million subscribers and was subsequently sold online. The breach included email, IP and physical addresses, names, phone numbers and passwords stored as MD5 hashes. The data was provided to HIBP by dehashed.com.

Compromised data: Email addresses, IP addresses, Names, Passwords, Phone numbers, Physical addresses, Usernames"

Had the same problem for months; no serious reply from 123rf support.
From one day to another my password was rejected, never could receive password reset mails.

Eventually I asked my hosting provider and he 'white listed' all mail from 123rf.com, that solved the problem.

Sorry for the late update, I know it must have given you all sleepless nights.

Anyway, it simply worked again after a thorough cookie cleaning. Fortunately there was no hacking involved.
