Now when I try to upload, I get a screen that says, "123RF.com will only review and approve submissions by Contributors who have uploaded their ID for verification.
You have submitted your ID for payment verification. To resubmit, click here:"

I've got  images uploaded by ftp yesterday approved and online already.   Trying to get to your stats takes a long wait though.  The site seems very buggy the last few months.

No, but it's not the uploading. It's after you upload and click on the upload link to finish processing. There were a few clicks on two pages and you're done. Now either it seems they have modified it so it takes much longer. Other than accepting terms and saying no to free, you're not doing anything other than wasting time.

Uff, total mess with entire site, not just uploading.
I tried to check my earnings- nothing...
Site must be in repair, upgrade or something else.
If tomorrow will not be fixed, I will contact support stuff.
Will report here, when I receive reply.

You have to be patient to check earnings.  The page does eventually load.  Saying that, most of the sales say zero amount

5 minutes and counting and the earnings page hasn't loaded.

Not that there was anything worth seeing there anyway  :'(

My captcha is exactly the same as always.   The earnings usually open fine first thing in the morning europe time but then get worse as the day goes on.
On a better note I had my BDE there yesterday thanks mostly to a 40$ EL and a couple of  XL Tiffs.  I thought I was seeing things but it made up for Easter :D

I have been trying to upload images (jpg) all night but their new system, which is HORRIBLE, does not work. Each time it has processed my images, there is nothing there and it says "no files in the processing queue". The previous system worked perfectly well. Why on earth change it!?

I feel now is the time to say: I HATE THE CAPTCHA!!!
How other sites manage to work fine without captcha?!?
Why 123rf penalize the contributors who want to see their earnings? I thought we are partners not some invaders!

Is the only way to upload via FTP now? I can't see any other link for uploading! Not sure it's worth it anymore as the last 6 months sales have pretty much halved every month. Not much further to go and it will be 0!

123RF has changed its loading system in an attempt to make things easier for contributors. I commend them for that. The loading system was a bit awkward at first but that's only because its new. Things move along very smoothly now. I appreciate the fact that I can load multiple images instead of their lame "one at a time" system they had previously. If there's an agency that deserves a rant, in my opinion, it should be directed toward IStock and their antiquated, turn of the century procedure. About as backward and amateurish as it gets.....

I always add the country in the GeoRank for the last step of uploading and in the past you could save changes to all the files with one click but now you need to save each file individually.  This new system is much slower and therefore a step backward in my opinion.

I include the country in my metadata so ideally the site could just read it from that like Fotolia does.

The site is completely messed up.
You can get past that annoying ID statement by clicking and even upload images,
but the uploads won't show up.
I uploaded a few images about 8 hours ago and thought they were queued, but now they have disappeared.
FTP doesn't work either.
Complete and utter waste of time.

When do we actually have time and energy to _photograph_ when our days are spent messing with **** like this??

Now when I try to upload, I get a screen that says, "123RF.com will only review and approve submissions by Contributors who have uploaded their ID for verification.

This new upload system is awful. I use web form uploader and it was fine before, and fairly quick. This new system fails for me 50% of the time. Also, there are many stages. When uploads are complete, the page to add keywords looks DREADFUL. Image info is hidden and you have to save each image individually. Talk about taking three steps backward.  >:(

My experiences with the new upload system of 123RF are very, very bad.
I use web upload via Google Chrome and more than 90% of my files do not reach step 3! If I uploaded more than one file at a time,  even 100% of them did not reach step 3!
I've emailed twice to 123RF but, except an acknowledgment of receipt, I received no response.
I stop, at least provisionally, uploading to 123RF because this is too frustrating...

When you upload you ignore the ID statement it should say "you have submitted your ID for payment verification."

Instead select from the bottom row one of the grey buttons that say "Image Vectors Footage Audio" (where I put the big  black arrow) :D then you go through the process of loading

I don't know of any roll out that went without bugs. Just wait until it's fixed. Is it a matter of life and death to get two images submitted? I would focus on other agencies and just wait till they sorted the bugs. Don't get worked up over this. Be happy.

I have uploaded few photos, just to check if is really so messy.
System works slower as before.
Before were required 3 clicks for one upload, now 6 at least.

Conclusion:
123 has no more the fastest and the simplest upload system
:(

Just uploaded 10 new files via FTP, went onto the site to submit them and they are not there. What is worse, under every portion "ALL - ACCEPTED - REJECTED - INCOMPLETE" nothing shows up at all.

Yet on my "upload history page" it shows 198 uploaded (not counting the 10 from today), 155 accepted, 40 pending and 3 rejected"  :o

Well, thats the same with me. I uploaded some files, in two trips and some went..some are showing in the incomplete... Same thing when I click on the history page.

But after up FTP you actually have to go to another page, which I never know which is...and you need to click to upload and choose FTP and so on...on this link:
 http://submit.123rf.com/ftpresults.php?action=process

I got some vectors up but I sill have 18 images showing on the FTP. so I don't know if that is in some sort of queue.

Well, the 10 I uploaded today are now showing up, but the other 40 I had in queue still needing data are not.

Also nothing shows up under the "accepted or rejected" tabs at all, even though there are photos in my portfolio. /facepalm.

This is what my page looks like:

Uploading to 123RF is still a lottery, often the process fails and sometimes you have luck .... It is totally unpredictable what happens when you upload a file. The misery already lasts more than three weeks and that is far too long for a professional company.

Accidentally sent some photos up yesterday (having decided to stop until the system is fixed) but can report that my ftp thinks files have gone through but after 12 hours they are not in the files-to-be-processed-from-ftp area at 123 .
So it's still not working properly.

I'm not uploading anything there until someone tells my why someone else's picture is showing as a refund from my sales. In 9 years, I've never deleted my images from a site, but this may be the one. I've used the contact form and an email and so far no response.
