by mistake I sended twice the same file at 1 2 3, and both got approved??? (review consistency;D)
does anyone know how to delete files over there?

I'll post the answer here, just in case someone is as clumsy as I.
Sign in to your account, go to your 'Upload History' and click on 'View Images' of whichever date your image was submitted. Click on the checkbox of the selected image which you wish to delete on the right side. After selecting the checkbox, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Save Changes' on the right corner. The selected image will then be removed.

Don't worry - some day they will delete all duplicates and they will count as said against multiplex uploading authors... I hardly wait to see that big cleanup wich is already started on many agencies!
