Title: Disappearing Video Files
Post by: Carl on March 29, 2015, 14:54
I recently uploaded video files to 123RF for the first time, but in the process of moving from the FTP server to the site server, they just disappeared.  As in "not there."  Not even in the history.  Gone.  Vanished.  Anyone else have this experience?  I'm wondering if I should try again or if it's an exercise in futility.

Just wait a while. Files uploaded to 123RF via FTP sometimes take a day or two to show up on the completed footage page and sometimes take longer to show up on the history stat thing.

It's been over a week, so I don't think they're gonna show up.  I tried uploading just one file today and had the same experience.  The file sizes are relatively large - each file over 400mb.  I wonder if that has something to do with it?  I can't find anything on the site that tells me about file size limitations.

Hi carl. I remembered another problem like yours and the solution was with the properties of my router. You need to open the entire ports. Becuse when they are closed the file that you are trying to upload is broken
