Sorry to hear that. Probably you need to upload more/better work.

No its not I'm a pretty average/below average earner and I quite often get over $25 there ...don't confuse your own results with others I daresay you do much better than me on some sites

So if you make $1000 on 123 you should make at least $10 000 on Shutterstock!
Congratulation!

Sorry for asking but do you sell only photos, or you do illustrations and footage too?

A very good answer ;)

And a perfect formula of Quality + Diversification X Quantity = Many happy returns ;D

Normally I do not disclose personal data,
but I think that in some way can help.

Illustration > photo > footage = 2000
Average upload 20 to 30 images per month.

That is amazingly close to my numbers.

Hello,

I'm a vector illustrator, I have a portfolio of now around +1700 files, upload an average of 20/30 files a month, and I have an average on 123rf of more or less 300$/month.
Sometimes 500$, like in april 2015 (via some extra EL)
For the moment 123RF is pretty stable

How many images did you have online when you started to make $100 per month at 123RF (excluding EL sales)?

I make about $68/month with 6,000 illustrations. I'm not one of the best out there. So that is kind of low.

Now i am back in updating my stock portfolio.
On 123rf i never earned more than 10$ per month... But i have to say that i have very old photos in my portfolio, and not really stock oriented. Do you think is worth to update my portfolio on this site? you can earn something from the sales from here?

I have 90% illustrations and about 10% or maybe less photos at 123RF, with over 200 uploads and keeps uploading, but I only make 9$ in over 2 years. I only get 1 or 2 sales a month.

But in CanStockPhoto, I make money faster than 123RF and I have about half of total uploads I have at 123RF.
