Title: earnings balance negative ???

when i go to this page
http://submit.123rf.com/submit/myearnings.php

my earnings balance on the bottom (the very last number in the payout area) is a negative. 

Should it be negative and is that supposed to be how much they owe me or is something strange with my earnings page?
