Hi,

Today morning I check my account on 123RF and I was surprised that I have first download. 1 image for print usage for 1,34 dollar. But for a few minutes when I return back earnings was again zero. Zero download. Do you have some experience with the same situation ???

Yes I have.

The comission page shows every half an hour or so various figures. Anywhere from -91.07 to 54.86 (which is the correct amount of money I have at this moment). I sent a site mail to Alex, hoping to hear from him soon. Right now it shows 51.59, which is the amount for day before yesterday, not today. Really not cool.

experienced this day before yesterday as well, a -$53.33 (yikes). I sent email to support. By the time they responded, my balance was back and their response was "you do not have enough money to request payout as of this time"...I assume it's some kind of glitch in their database system.

think there a glitch in the system as all my earnings for the year had disappeared
back to Feb 09 but the downloaded page was showing all as normal yesterday ,all is fine today

Another question. How can I found image which was sold ??? In earnings is only day and number of sold images and earnings.

It will appear on your profile page on "top downloads" and you can check "downloaded" near "earnings", select month and year and click "view".
