Title: Forum for help to explain a rejection

I had some extrange rejections at 123 in some photos of a cellular for copyright. The extrange is that I removed all the logos...

I posted for help in 123 forum but it seems to be dead. Is this guy (Alex) on Holliday?

Was it a Samsung? If so all Samsung designs are trademarked, and although I haven't checked I'd imagine some other manufacturers are probably the same.

No. Nokia I think. But I have uploaded other tech images: phones, pda, pocket pc,  laptop... and I hadnt rejections for that reason...

The Samsung phones fall under Design Patents, in addition to the regular trademark/logo stuff.
