The fastest way is to contact them and they will close your account. But, that's if you really trust that they will delete your assets.  Otherwise you can delete images 20 at a time.  Videos only one at a time. I just did that with about 5,000 images and 1300 videos. THEN I requested account closure. But there is no one click and done, unfortunately.

After one week, still no answer to my email asking for cancellation of my account.
And I could not delete my files manually since they are not appearing in their crappy website. No vectors, they show only images in my files list.

I got tired of seing regular sales disappear, and replaced by 0.03$ sales, so I deleted all my files.
Then I wrote 123RF:

"Dear 123RF. I have had it with the Download Pack earnings, so please close my contributor account. I have already deleted all my files."

The next day I got this answer:

Hi there,
Thank you for your email.

As part of our Termination procedure, kindly send us an email clearly stating the following information:

Your Full Name.
Your 123RF Username.
Reason for account termination.
And that you request and authorize us to remove your profile from 123rf.com and delete all your content with us.
​That you wish to terminate the 123RF Contributor Agreement and agree to the Terms and Conditions as set in the Contributor Agreement for the termination process.
​Do include all the above five points in your reply.
Please also note that your balance earnings will be forfeited based on our agreement policy which you have accepted during the account registration.  AGREEMENT
 
We thank you for your time with us and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

I replied with all the information they requested, and got a confirmation back the same day, that my account was terminated.

So for me it took two days to close the account. May 28 - 29.

As per the terms and agreement agreed by contributors upon signing up, it was stated that should any account closure take place before the earning balance met/exceed the selected threshold, the amount will be forfeited.
 
You may find the clauses stated in the Agreement as follow:-
8. Payment Terms

c. Account Cancellations and Sums Remaining: If You cancel Your account before You reach the Minimum Payout Threshold, the amount in Your account will be forfeited.
 
21. Acknowledgment of Acceptance
 
By clicking the "I Agree" button, You acknowledge that You have read, understood and have accepted the terms of this Agreement, and have had the opportunity to seek prior legal advice and agree to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

They stopped selling videos a while ago, so that shouldn't be a problem.
