Could someone please contact 123RF and describe the following problem:

"I have opened the Site Mail since it indicated 3 new messages. There were none in the Inbox, but in the Sent folder there is more than 1500 almost identical messages entitled "123RF Matters " or similiar. Could you please have a look at this, since I am sure I haven't been spamming any of the 123RF members. Maybe this is a bug, or maybe I do not understand something, but I would appreciate someone having a quick look."

I tried to contact 123RF, but the website insists that the security code is incorrect - which is BS. At any case, I can't contact them directly.

My member name at 123RF is "leszek".

Regards
Les Scholz

Correction: this was not over 1500 messages, but over 1500 pages with messages. The problem seems to be rectified now, after logging in again, although I could see some changes in the contents of the Sent folder after every click on the "Sent" tab. Looks like a bug.

123 stopped receiving video? I am uploading a video, different, but it is only in processing, it is not available for editing. Is anyone uploading a video there?

They didn't even tell me. They had a period when they did not accept it, but six months ago they began to accept it again. And now everything works. But the ftp server is working.

I stopped paying attention to 123RF, but I just noticed that I have photos pending review since September 2022 and footage pending review for the past few years.

I also had a batch from last year.  I emailed them and two weeks later they rejected all of them for copyright. They were wilderness landscapes.

I gave up uploading to 123 last year.  If they stopped taking videos and they rarely sell anyway - I'm wondering if I should remove them.  These days dead galleries look like questionable data set distributions waiting to happen.

I'm slowly selling videos on this stock.

I received a response from 123. They write that they accept videos. At the moment, the authors have uploaded a lot of videos, and the system now processes it longer.
So I will wait and continue to upload the video.

Yeah longer, indeed!
My oldest pending video is from September 2019!  ;D

Just chiming in here guys to let you know that after 3 attempts of trying to contact 123RF including not being able to join their discord server support group. I finally got a response from [email protected] saying that they were looking into why my videos were pending for months. And after around a week my videos finally got accepted.

A few months is a great result for you. On this site, you can wait six months or even 1-2 years for verification. And letters don't always help.

My best guess is once the server has processed your media (in my case videos), and then submitted them sometimes the server doesn't send a notification to the reviewers that your content is waiting in the queue.

I take it back, I wont be submitting there anymore. Did a quick search and the overall quality of videos is pretty low and the search isn't that accurate either, but what did it for me was that they are selling both HD and 4K at the same measly price of 30 credits (1$ = 1 credit), I swiftly deleted all of my 4K videos.

Curious - do you guys actually make any reasonable $$$ from 123rf? I think I have 1000+ videos there (haven't checked), and only made like $20 3-4 years ago...

I just closed my account there.  Manually deleted over 6,000 images and videos because I don't trust them to actually do it. For me it was a combination of no sales and the added black eye of using our assets to train AI without compensation. So I am getting nothing in return (sales) for them likely using at least some of my material for AI training. My monthly balance is $1.34. I have $30 in accumulated money they owe me with a minimum of $50 to get a payment.  I told them to keep the $30 and close my account and I did tell them why. Not that that matters.  But I'm done with 123. I used to make $250-$300 a month there.  Now I'm lucky to make $4 a month.

Hi,
I have a portfolio of 1000 images at 123rf. I've had regular sales, small amounts since I signed up. But for the past 3 months I've noticed a drop in sales, especially since June  :-\ . I asked the site if my portfolio was still visible and they said it was.
But by doing my own research, I may have found the reason for this drop in sales. Since June, 123rf has implemented an AI-assisted search. And in the search bar, AI search is activated by default. I compared a keyword search with and without AI, and found that my images completely disappeared from the results with a search WITH AI! My best-selling images are no longer visible even after 20 pages of results...
A search without AI brings them back, but not as well as before! >:(

I wonder if some of you could do some research along these lines and see if it's the same for you?

About the same for me. The drop in income in the last few months. Without Ai a several of my pictures on the first page, with Ai one image on page 3, one on page 6, two on page 7...

Even when I enter specific keywords that should match my images, Ai selects images that don't even have those keywords.

I just tried their search - with the AI on it brings up all sorts of images that don't include the searched for keywords. The order of the keywords is very important, but the results have all sorts of things that shouldn't be there.

Yes, that's exactly it! It looks like the Ai doesn't take into account the title or the keywords chosen by the contributor  :(

This site has changed the design and way it loads videos. The video cannot be loaded, the site gives an error. Is anyone uploading videos using the new scheme?
