Since today, to look at downloads I have to accept the terms and conditions go through a login, navigate from history to other options and then select the downloads page (which is where the original bookmark is pointing). This is a real pain!!
-
has to be broken. Same here. I had it set in my computer on the earnings page and it took me where you are getting to
-
Same here.
-
even more annoying than the usual lies
"You will not see this prompt again unless you have logged out."
and a promise about doubling sales.
-
Same. I've logged in today each time I've visited the site (3 times I think). Typically it's only if I change computers.
-
Frustrating. Happens about once a year. I'll be back when they get this fixed. No single site these days is worth more than a little effort.
-
Ditto all the above, especially the false and completely untrue claim they 'you won't see this message again' blah, blah, blah :)
-
Here no problem (Safari / Chrome)
-
Using chrome also. Wants me to log in every visit
-
ie at work, chrome at home both behaving the same way
-
Chrome Mac (mavericks) and it's still requiring a login every time.
-
Chrome Mac (mavericks) and it's still requiring a login every time.
Same configuration as your.
Btw I have noticed:
- If I go on the site the first time it asks me the login
- If I close the page of the site and reopen it, it does not ask me the login
- But if I close my browser, and then want to open the site it asks me again the login datas
So, this let me think that it could be a problem with a (their)cookie.
-
But since cookies are browser specific and I have the same problem in all 3 browsers, it would seem the problem is on their end. Also, every time this happens (every year or so) the page defaults to http://www.123rf.com/submit/agreement.php. (http://www.123rf.com/submit/agreement.php.) At some point, without me having to do anything, the problem will go away.
-
heywoody, Jo Ann and Beppe, what pages do you have bookmarked?
-
My bookmark is the downloads page
-
This one?
http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php (http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php)
-
The very one :)
-
Photo uploading doesn't work either. I get this Message: We regret to inform that we will disable queueing of files to process until further notice.

thanks for the update

Logged in 2 hrs ago. Just went back to the site, asking me to log in again.
-
Seems to work here.
(For security I have removed all the 123RF cookies before)
-
To answer an earlier question, my bookmark is for http://www.123rf.com/sellimages.php (http://www.123rf.com/sellimages.php) and I had to log in this morning. I'll try again later in the day and see if it asks.
-
Again!!!
Stopped to work >:(
---
And my bookmark is http://www.123rf.com/ (http://www.123rf.com/)
-
I just tried going to the site again and was asked to login, so I don't think the problem is fixed.
-
It always amazes me when something this easy to test is reported as being fixed when it's clearly not.
-
Not fixed here.
-
Not fixed as far as I can see.
-
Hiya,
It's working fine from our end after we've tested it.
Please clear your cache and re-login to 123RF.
And, do advise us on which browser you're using if the same thing reoccurs.
Thanks,
Anglee
-
I still have to log in again if I close my browser (Firefox) and then return to the site, but at least it doesn't force me to agree to the TOS each time like it did before.

Firefox, updated...
-
I had to type in the security code 5 times before it accepted it.
-
While you are fixing your end, can you please double our sales as promised (or return us to 50% of sales).

I second that motion. ;)
-
I cleared my cache and cookies (Chrome, Mac - OSX Mavericks) and logged in earlier this morning.
Just went back to the site and had to log in again, so I don't think the problem is fixed.
-
In 20 years of supporting web browsers, the clear your cache and/or delete cookies helps a problem about 1% of the time. It's the tech support version of take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning.

But at least it's less painful than "reinstall the operating system" that has come up more than once in the past during support calls with people looking to get you to go away :)
I didn't expect it to work, but you follow along to remove another excuse from the list.
-
I have cleaned everything, but still need to login (Safari, Chrome on Mac).
Anglee, If It's working fine from your end after you've tested it, it still does not work from users end after we've tested it…
-
I am still having to log in, too.
-
Hi All,
Please re-try and notify us if it's working fine from your end.
Cheers,
Anglee
-
Now is OK.
THNX
-
I think it is working now.
Edit:
No, still not working (Chrome and Safari on Mac) ::)
-
Still doesn't work for me. :(
Mac/Chrome
-
It's working for me. :)
Firefox
-
If it is of any reassurance, it has always been the case for me, I need to login every time I visit the 123RF website. From the day I joined them years ago, till today. I use Chrome.
-
Working for me. Been logged in since yesterday, including closing and re-opening Chrome. This will happen again in about a year and we will go through this same process again.
-
Seems to be working for me. Logged in yesterday, but when I returned today, no login required.
-
Seems to work now here too.
_
Anglee, sales don't work very well, can you do something for that too?
-
As long as I don't go to the stats page it seems to work, if I go to the stats page I have to do the captcha every time - and I have had to as long as I can remember - along with another falsehood "You will not see this prompt again unless you have logged out."
On the plus side - income is better than last month, on the minus side - income is about 50% of where it was before our percentages got cut along with the promise to "double sales".
-
I've always had to enter captcha if I go to the earnings page at http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php (http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php)
but not the stats page I use at http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php (http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php)
-
It worked for me - all of two days. Now it's broken again...
-

I must have missed those two days. I keep clearing cache but it still wants login every time. >:(

Same here… ::)
-
Same here. Worked all weekend, now broke again.
-

Ditto. Had to log in this morning. Just did the afternoon check and had to log in again.
-
I can't even get 123rf to open anymore. The last few days I get a message that 'this website has a 'omleidingslus' (dutch). Translated it has something to do with redirected. I can't get into the site on my computer. On my Ipad I can.
-
Hi All,
Please PM me and/or email to [email protected] with the information below for us to rectify and fix the current issue:
1. Browsers that you're using to login 123RF.com .
2. Normal login / Login using FB or Google.
3. 123RF UID
Thanks,
Anglee

I'll be happy to supply the information, but it stopped working for everyone, then it got fixed for everyone, then it stopped working for everyone. This isn't something specific to us or happening on our end. Someone in your I.T. dept, changed something, then changed it again, then changed it a 3rd time.
Also, as I have referenced before (someone could dig thru forum archives if they have the energy, this happens about once a year, with the same type response from 123 and eventually, after a lot of this back and forth, it gets fixed. I've been in I.T. for 30 years and I can almost guarantee one thing. Someone in your I.T. dept, knows what the problem is.
-
[…] Someone in your I.T. dept, knows what the problem is.
But it looks like nobody in 123RF knows this "someone"…
-
Now it is even worse.
I must login two times with same password, because first time "password is wrong".
123rf, do You need a help?
-
back at it - if it ever was really fixed.
-
No, it was fixed for a couple of days, then they broke it again. Stopped caring. Not going to clear my cache or delete my cookies. Not going to tell them what browser I'm using. Same one I've been using for years. We didn't break it, they did. If they cared they could fix it. They don't. Used to go there many times a day, now it's once every few days. Clearly shifting the worth vs trouble equation the wrong way.
