Since today, to look at downloads I have to accept the terms and conditions go through a login, navigate from history to other options and then select the downloads page (which is where the original bookmark is pointing).  This is a real pain!!

even more annoying than the usual lies

"You will not see this prompt again unless you have logged out."

and a promise about doubling sales.

Same. I've logged in today each time I've visited the site (3 times I think). Typically it's only if I change computers.

Frustrating. Happens about once a year. I'll be back when they get this fixed. No single site these days is worth more than a little effort.

Ditto all the above, especially the false and completely untrue claim they 'you won't see this message again' blah, blah, blah :)

Chrome Mac (mavericks) and it's still requiring a login every time.

Same configuration as your.

Btw I have noticed:
- If I go on the site the first time it asks me the login
- If I close the page of the site and reopen it, it does not ask me the login
- But if I close my browser, and then want to open the site it asks me again the login datas

So, this let me think that it could be a problem with a (their)cookie.

But since cookies are browser specific and I have the same problem in all 3 browsers, it would seem the problem is on their end. Also, every time this happens (every year or so) the page defaults to http://www.123rf.com/submit/agreement.php. At some point, without me having to do anything, the problem will go away.

Photo uploading doesn't work either. I get this Message: We regret to inform that we will disable queueing of files to process until further notice.

To answer an earlier question, my bookmark is for http://www.123rf.com/sellimages.php and I had to log in this morning. I'll try again later in the day and see if it asks.

It always amazes me when something this easy to test is reported as being fixed when it's clearly not.

I still have to log in again if I close my browser (Firefox) and then return to the site, but at least it doesn't force me to agree to the TOS each time like it did before.

Hiya,

It's working fine from our end after we've tested it.

Please clear your cache and re-login to 123RF.

And, do advise us on which browser you're using if the same thing reoccurs.

Thanks,
Anglee

While you are fixing your end, can you please double our sales as promised (or return us to 50% of sales).

I cleared my cache and cookies (Chrome, Mac - OSX Mavericks) and logged in earlier this morning.

Just went back to the site and had to log in again, so I don't think the problem is fixed.

In 20 years of supporting web browsers, the clear your cache and/or delete cookies helps a problem about 1% of the time. It's the tech support version of take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning.

But at least it's less painful than "reinstall the operating system" that has come up more than once in the past during support calls with people looking to get you to go away :)

I didn't expect it to work, but you follow along to remove another excuse from the list.

If it is of any reassurance, it has always been the case for me, I need to login every time I visit the 123RF website. From the day I joined them years ago, till today. I use Chrome.

As long as I don't go to the stats page it seems to work, if I go to the stats page I have to do the captcha every time - and I have had to as long as I can remember - along with another falsehood "You will not see this prompt again unless you have logged out."

On the plus side - income is better than last month, on the minus side - income is about 50% of where it was before our percentages got cut along with the promise to "double sales".

I've always had to enter captcha if I go to the earnings page at http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php

but not the stats page I use at http://www.123rf.com/submit/downloaded_stats.php

I can't even get 123rf to open anymore. The last few days I get a message that 'this website has a 'omleidingslus' (dutch). Translated it has something to do with redirected. I can't get into the site on my computer. On my Ipad I can.

I'll be happy to supply the information, but it stopped working for everyone, then it got fixed for everyone, then it stopped working for everyone. This isn't something specific to us or happening on our end. Someone in your I.T. dept, changed something, then changed it again, then changed it a 3rd time.
Also, as I have referenced before (someone could dig thru forum archives if they have the energy, this happens about once a year, with the same type response from 123 and eventually, after a lot of this back and forth, it gets fixed. I've been in I.T. for 30 years and I can almost guarantee one thing. Someone in your I.T. dept, knows what the problem is.

No, it was fixed for a couple of days, then they broke it again. Stopped caring. Not going to clear my cache or delete my cookies. Not going to tell them what browser I'm using. Same one I've been using for years. We didn't break it, they did. If they cared they could fix it. They don't. Used to go there many times a day, now it's once every few days. Clearly shifting the worth vs trouble equation the wrong way.
