I can't figure out how to delete my port at 123RF. I finally reached payout and want them removed before I request it but can't figure out how to do it.

I'm curious, if you don't mind me asking, why are you leaving 123RF?

Well I've been with them for two and a half years and just reached payout. A lot of their rejections were always my best sellers on the other sites. I can't blame it all on that but I think that may have had a lot to do with it. I quit uploading to them quite awhile ago. I'm sure I won't be missed.....lol

Now question number two. I finally found a place where they talk about payout. I don't have to request it? They automatically send it out?

Yes, they send payment automatically.  It's usually between the 15th and the 21st of the month.

Thanks...now I can go back to doing what I was doing rather than digging through 123RF trying to figure out where and how to do it....Thanks ;)

They send you the money on 15th of the next month. Just like Veer and Shutterstock (which sends earlier than 15th).
123rf does good for me, I get almost no rejections and they sell quite well.
The only thing that bothers me is their minimum 6mpix resolution.

I know a lot of people have had real good luck with them, but I'm not one of them. Some sites do better with certain types of pictures. Fotolia was terrible for me also, but Bigstock is good for me. It seems like people who have good luck with Fotolia also do good with 123RF.

WOW, in that case I understand. How many images did you have with them? They perform for me almost like BigStock and Canstock.
Sorry to hear you weren't lucky with them.

again it is quite weird and hard to explain the difference between contributors.. I do 6x more money on 123 that I do at BigStock or CanStockPhoto.. my BigStock/CanStockPhoto are dead dead.. like 5 to 10 sales monthly

this month
123RF - 64 sales - 51.35$ (no "EL")
CanStockPhoto - 4 sales - 2$
BigStock - 3 sales - 2$

Yeah, I'm sorry too. Did you try to put your images in "faved"? When you do that, those images will appear on the first page of the search among similar images.

They have live support on the website. You could start chat and ask them to remove your portfolio.

My stats are relatively similar. Just numbers are smaller, but the relation between them is the same.

I had a very small port there. Only 272 images. I quit uploading a long time ago. Anymore I only mess with the ones that make money. All the others just sit on the wayside til payout then I bail. Of course Shutterstock blows them all out of the water. Actually this month was one of my best at 123RF....4 sales for a total of $5.75. I usually only have 1 maybe two a month....terrible.

I tried the favs...didn't work for me. I also tried to do live chat....sales and support were live, but not contributor support, so they said I had to e-mail support. So I've e-mailed them..haven't heard back yet.

I used live support several times with success. No one told me it's just for buyers :D.
LOL, maybe 123RF folks love me. :D

Anyway, I think some agencies work for some artists, and some other don't (Fotolia never worked for me)

I agree. I think that if I would have send them batch of one hundred images and one of them would be recejected (because of low commercial value), I'm almost sure that it would be the one that is best selling of them on other sites. But on the other hand it's my 4th best earning site and it looks like that this "approval illogicalness" appears everywhere. Except Canstock - they are consistent - they take every snapshot if it not out of focus.

my concerns are really BigStock.. dont get why I got 5 or 6 sales per month, gotta be my photos perhaps.. CanStockPhoto I guess it isnt a good earner for "anyone" but they have a nice review and that big sales (not that I had many)

regardind Veer I guess they have a pretty close market and only a few "subjects" sell there..

It was at 2:30 yesterday, central standard time USA. Contributor support said offline, but sales and service was online.
I also got the e-mail. Is there anyway I can get the whole port deleted without having to go one by one. The e-mail I got told me how to delete them one by one then contact support after that.

Forget it. I did it and I'll wait for payout then close the account.

A lot of their rejections were always my best sellers on the other sites.

Can we have some examples? Links to the said best sellers perhaps?

If our review standards need tweaking, no worries, we can make sure of that but without a reference point, it'll be difficult. Thanks for your help.

Alex.

How do I delete images at 123rf? I'm not deleting my whole portfolio, just a few images but I can't find a "delete" checkbox or button anywhere...?
