Hello,

When I went onto my portfolio page today, I noticed the number of photos available for sale has gone down from 1707 to 1576, so 131 are missing and are not being displayed for sale. (1707 still show as accepted though.) I have no idea which photos are missing and am not sure why they are no longer displayed. Also, I have no idea how to check which ones are not showing up.

Is this happening to anyone else? I have emailed Support. A little panicky...

About 185 of my approved uploads went missing on Friday.  I wrote support.  They said the tech people will look into it....

Thank you for the reply. Last time this happened, it was just 6 recently accepted images and I could track it easily. It took quite a few days to fix and I had to supply them with the file numbers. However, I have no way to do that this time.

Hello Anglee,

I just received a message that the problem has been rectified. I just logged on to my 123RF account and 1707 images are available for sale again.

Thank you so much for fixing the problem so quickly, it's very much appreciated.
