Hi

My approved images from august are still not visible in my 123RF portfolio, and I think that is a little long. All my previous uploads have only taken some days before they were visible.

Also none of my september uploads have been reviewed yet.

Are others experiencing the same?

Had very fast reply from 123RF support that the issues should be solved in a couple of days.

I am having the same problem. Did they seem like the problem was an overall problem for everyone that they are resolving in a couple of days or just they are resolving your particular issue? I am just wondering whether to bother them with an email.

I have no idea if it was just me, or a general problem.

They re-batched my august uploads, and approved my september uploads. A couple of days later they were all on-line.

But since you still have the problem, it might be best to contact them?

Getting reviewed is taking more than 3 weeks now....best get you Xmas pics in the queue now if you haven't already done so!

Minimum of three weeks for my last two sets of uploads. Pray you don't get any rejects because when you resubmit it will be another 3-4 weeks.  Does anyone know if 123 leaned out their inspectors to reduce costs?

Similar experience here - in August I had images often reviewed within 24 hours, longest review time was a week. The last batch in September however was reviewed after 3 weeks.

My images have been waiting 32 days....  Is it only me or are they that far behind?

I'm in the same boat, images pending since Sept 11th.
September was also my worst month ever at 123RF and October isn't shaping up to be much better.

that is true - but i'd rather have them look at my queue in a timely fashion without having to alert them to it.
and this problem does not appear to be a single incidence - but more of a general problem since September. In that case I (as a contributor) rather have an explanation as to why that is (because I am wondering - if I upload seasonal images to them now, are they approved this year or next years?) vs. an agency forum post saying "email me".
Plus - why is 123rf not able/willing to inform their contributors via an e-mail statement themselves?

Sorry, if I sound cranky, but with the low royalties I am receiving at 123rf, I need to find incentives to see if they are still worth my time. Their speedy approval process had been one thus far. If that is gone, that is one less reason to stay.
