I know people have raised this question before, but my images in "pending" have been there for many weeks! I wrote to them last week and they said they would "raise the issue"...it was never this bad for me before...what is going on I wonder?
-
Footage. 2 months I think. I don't remember..
-
Some of my clips have been waiting since September. I'm holding off on uploading any more.
-
Just recently, I had a large batch that has been accumulating for nearly a month. I started uploading on December 4th and didn't get approved until December 26th...roughly 3 weeks time.
-
74 of my photos are now pending. The first are uploaded on December 4th. That is more than four weeks ago now... I actually feel insulted and certainly also very disappointe in such a company.
-
You need to send them an email an explain how long you've been waiting. I've done it twice now and both times it got quick results and the content went live
-
When I upload to 123, I always send them a message saying I have done so.
-
Thanks for the advice to send a message. Yet strangely for a professional organization.
Yesterday morning I sent a message and I received no response till now.
But in the meanwhile the pictures of 4 and December 6 are already reviewed!
Now 83 photos are still waiting for the review (oldest starting December 7).....
-
Hurray the two pictures of December 7 are now reviewed! Now 93 photos (oldest of 8 December) are still waiting. Still no response to my email.
-
Same thing happen also to me. I have files in pending since 8th of December...
Very disappointed >:(
-
Same here...since Dec 9....virtually all of my Christmas and New Year ones....
:(
-
Yesterday I received a reply to my message to 123RF. There was an unexpected large upload of photos.
Today all my photographs were reviewed (only 1 rejection).
Thanks for the advice!
-
I believe they got some sort of bug.
I wrote then an email. Didn't get the reply (or didn't find it anywhere) but next few days everything went straight to accepted. ;)
-
I have about 60 images and vectors pending, some of them for more then a month.
-
116 files in pending - some files are there from 18 March...
-
I emailed support with a polite inquiry after none of my images were reviewed for the whole of March.
I received a nice email reply next day and a very favorable review within a couple of days.
Try sending them a polite inquiry.
-
I can't get any images or footage reviewed now without sending an email...not a great way to run an agency.
-
Since March 3rd. My shot of George crossing the Delaware is beginning to yellow. :(
-
So, they only review after sending an email? >:(
Hope they won't bring the same tradition to the payments.
-
Well, I will not send any e-mail. Those files are on-line on other sites and there are also selling with more than 0.22$ or whatever, so, from my point of view, they lose also from this huge approved time.

Did the same and it worked.

I wrote to support yesterday (about a batch of 51 uploaded March 31st) and asked if I should upload in smaller batches. I got a very polite reply this morning that my images would be reviewed soon and they were all approved when I went to check.
-
I have a better news, I got all my images reviewed without contacting support. They were uploaded within last 3 weeks.
-
I was going to write them today and they reviewed all the images I've been uploading for the past 1.5 months. Go figure.
-
I'm not happy that I need to write them every time I need a review.
-
I have so much footage waiting to be review there that I can't upload anything new due to a FTP quota they have. I don't mind the waiting, but annoying that I have to wait to submit there.
-
Do write to their support if you think it's taking too long, people! I know it's annoying, but it costs less than not having your work online ;)
I usually wait patiently for the review, but the other day I wrote them about a batch of editorial photos that was only pending for about 4 days, I just explained that this content is very much in demand these days (it was true) and I would like to have it online, got a polite reply followed by a prompt review.
-
Happy to say that although I have several batches of RF images sitting in the queue, my last two sets of editorial submissions were reviewed within 24 hours.
