I was uploading last night and again earlier today, but atm I can't connect to the site.
I'm getting a long delay in attempting to connect and then
"This webpage is not available
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"

I've been unable to access since I first tried 2 hours ago at 11 PM (EST). No idea how long it had been down before that. What with the problems with their new upload system, I'm kind of surprised they don't ever announce these things. Would it harm to have an announcement saying, "Site will be down from x to y for system maintenance." Or, "We are introducing a new upload system".

There is no old uploader back. It's still the new uploader.
Anywway, I like the new uploader better, beacuse you can select multiple files at the same time. With old uploader, you could only select 1 file at the time.
And yes, the uploading (processing) files is maybe a little slow, but so was old uploader.

But 6 hours later it's back to the new uploader :(

I just uploaded 20 of my best accepted photos and all came back as too low to pass. So I wasted at least 20 minutes for nothing. I will not upload again until the old system returns.

Uploaded a batch then when i go to process it takes me to login page when i login it puts me back to upload page
Cant process my omages. :(

I thought so too but I may change my mind. This month SS is dead for me and with the new changes I don't hope for better. Surprisingly, I earned more last month here than this month at SS. No stupid refusals either.

I've never had a sale for less than 36c there. My RPD is 1.23c this year which beats some other supposedly better sites.

I agree, why do they always have to fix something that is not broken?
I uploaded 12 images yesterday, 4 went through to pending but 8 of them are stuck in processing. Sales are down too.

It's back !! Despite all the down time if sales continue the second half of the month like they have been for the first half I will have a BME there.

In my 123RF processing queue other people's images are processing. Anyone else same problem? I've deleting all morning. Contacted support already.

Uploaded a batch.
Per ftp all ok and gone. Per 123 many are 'not a valid jpeg' which is just not true.
Completed, indexed ones are in Pending AND Incomplete.
Many seem stuck in Processing about 1cm into the field....
And what to do about Editorial photos and that wretched agreement which states that Property Releases are provided....?
AND (while I'm on a whinge!) what to put for the Geo tag. A picture of London, say. Is it REALLY most relevant to the UK? And what about a glass of (Italian) wine...???!!!
Abandon till things settle down I think....and drink that wine!

More than 1500 files are missing. They should at least notify contributors when they are upgrading their site.

I am trying to upload to 123rf, though the web interface.....I sent a vector, but is not showing...
So, I don't even remember how to do the keyword, but since nothing is showing ,there is nothing to keyword...

And now for the case of the mysterious appearing and disappearing sales.
Two images showed up today as thumbnails in earnings with zero sales value and zero quantity then one of the sales appeared with a quantity and value only to be reset to zero later even though the thumbnails show up in earnings ::)
Plus 74 images no longer appear in the portfolio
I really can not be bothered with this crapola any longer >:(

Disc full, files disappeared and earnings with zero sales value and zero quantity... I have seen them all. Wouldn't it be nice if someone from 123rf shows up here and gives us some kind of explanation what's going on there?
I've had problems checking my earnings for weeks and when I complained the only "advice" I got was to refresh my cash memory...or try a different browser. Yeah right!

I agree...we need to be given an explanation of what is happening. The site was down again a few days ago, but at least a sign was up saying it was undergoing "routine maintenance", which was new. However, when it came online again, half my files are/were missing (over 1000 images). Just from reading the few posts on here, I'm not the only one. Some kind of explanation should be put up for contributors so we at least know it is being worked on and our images are not lost.

Well, I managed to upload..it is much slower than I expected ...I am trying to upload vectors....It takes a while to show up in the queue.
One thing I noticed, is that it didn't take the IPTC keywords from my files...I had IPTC in the JPG and EPS 8....Am I doing something wrong?

Yea... The missing files in my port are back. They must of fixed the bug.

So, I went to "Upload history" to check my last submitted files, and it says 2 accepted, 4 rejected. But when I go to "View images" all of them have "Accepted" sign on them.

Yes, mine are too. It is a relief! I did write to Support and they replied and said they were working on it. I do appreciate that they do fix problems fairly quickly when there is an issue. :)
