Sorry to hear the bad news or results. Not sure what type of images you uploaded to them? I do almost all still life from within my studio.
They are my 4th best company out of the 22 that I submit images. About 6% of my overall income so they are worth uploading for me.

Why didn't you leave them there to earn the odd $. It would be a lot of work loading them back up if the site improved?

For me, 123RF is top tier. Doing better than FT these days. They're #3 on my list. Very happy with them. Maybe it's just a matter of having content that clicks with their customers.

123rf is not a big earner for me but uploading is very easy and painless, so I'll keep it up. Every little bit counts.

If you stop uploading others win, you lose. Either way agencies always win. Sorry it works that way.

removed all photos from 123rf? probably that's why I'm getting increased sales these days ;)

their upload- and submitting system is one of the easiest around. They even decide whether an image will be editorial or not.
And sales are increasing here :)

Yeh me too though their software seems a bit flaky at times - long processing times and periods where sales data goes AWOL but one of the better sites in my opinion.

I agree, but so far, their support always fixes things. And credit to them, they will work with you to find solutions. Just one example, they had rejected my St Louis Arch images for commercial RF and added them as Editorial. I didnt agree with that decision and they offered me to sign a waiver to take all responsibility if ever anything legal came up regarding those images. I didnt take the offer, but it shows they are willing to help where they can and divert from their agency policy. Very reasonable people IMO.

123RF is performing fine for me. Relatively speaking of course.
You should only remove your portfolio if you feel the agency is treating you unfairly, otherwise, you should leave them online. Someday sales might pick up, and if not, there's no time wasted removing them.

here we have another example, when people giving Not agree (or minus),
because they did not see a joke or a small sarcasm in reply.

123 is a bright spot in my earnings. They are holding steady for more than a year while I see declines on big sites like Istock and shutterstock.

For stills maybe is working but uploading video is a pain, no more than 2gb per file an 10gb daily limit, does anyone know if model relases csv mapping also works for videos ?

I stopped uploading everywhere but SS and FT. Trying to get every possible peny is not for me, and I do micro full time. Even if I make 10-20% less, I'm much happier this way. And it gives me time to create content for the agencies that really sell. I would also include IS if they ever get rid of that upload system.

for me 123 as video seller will do $$ /month, enough to cover my dog`s biscuits :o

I have also stopped uploading. Even though uploading is easy, the revenue is too low to make it worth the trouble. I haven't removed all of my photos, but I have deleted some selectively. 123RF pays me 25 cents per sub download, which is the lowest around. I get 38 cents on Shutterstock. To the extent that I have some photos that are reasonably unique, I am competing against myself, as presumably some buyers use more than one site. It makes sense to delete them from the site where I get paid the least.

I can see the thinking but don't know if many people have subs on more than one site - if it was me think i'd have a subs account on one maybe two sites and if I couldn't find what I wanted "top up" with credit sales

I removed my port last year I think, or was it the year before. There were a number of reasons for leaving. One of them being I didn't like working with them or the way they worked (this might not matter to many people but it's important to me).
The strangest experience I had was when I wrote to them asking to change the descriptions of a few editorial images. I had made a terrible mistake in the descriptions of these images which needed to be rectified to be factually accurate. Instead of a thank you for informing us email (remember the mistake was being displayed on their site and being viewed by their buyers), I received a long winded and scolding email basically saying don't do it again (does anyone actually set out to intentionally make mistakes?) and saying how difficult it was for their IT personnel to change the descriptions, maybe that's a good indication of how smart their IT personnel are. They did inform me they will make the changes to the descriptions though. They never actually did. There's a difference in making a mistake and being unprofessional. I made a mistake, they were unprofessional. I don't regret leaving.

worst thing about 123 is they pay the lowest subscription royalty I'm aware of.
