I don't have tried this before but I just experimented the live help feature on 123RF and I was quite impressed, I got connected to someone by chat in less than 1 minute and he solved the problem immediately.....
The bad part is that I lost 2 pics I sold yesterday :-\

I like very much live chat on 123RF. It's a very good feature.
