Just to give another opinion - this is my BME at 123RF so far, and July was WME  ???. Maybe they fixed problems that occurred in July.

123RF sent a reply on my message and the search is fixed for me now.

Thanks for the headsup! We've rectified the issue. You may check it now.

Cheers,

Wonderful!!  Thanks very much Anglee!

Hopefully with all images showing sales will rebound to normal levels :)

I checked it with a simple benchmark: asia landscape tropical. Quite straightforward, I guess. I want a landscape, in Asia, and in the tropics. The first page is still full of seascapes, beaches, cityskapes (Hong Kong). God forbid, there is that Athens Parthenon again, on the second place, from Fabrizio Chiruzzi. It's not a 123RF glitch, this guy is a fatal spammer. No wonder he turns up in 70 lightboxes.

Laptop and Florida, huh? Say no more. If you allow that kind of spam, no wonder that the real asian tropical landscapes pop up on page 99999. I don't want to compete with this.

Hi FD-Regular,

Thanks for bringing up this issue. We have a system to counter/automate this issue but it was overlooked because of they're "old accounts". Our keywording specialist is on top of this now. A warning letter will be issued for these spammers. And, of course, we'll be on continual lookout.

Many thanks,
Anglee

I wonder how long this has been broken for?  Because the last few months have been right crappy sales wise but in the 3 days 123 has sold significantly more for me than the rest of the month combined.  Would be nice if this was a sign of things to come, unfortunately I'm not that optimistic...

Thanks. It's in fact a great image, but it turns up in front of many searches. An experience like that can ruin a prospective buyer's experience. You might consider a flagging system like Dreamstime has. It works well there.

you know, i have a compulsion to check my stats whenever someone reports a sale somewhere. but as they say, "Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead." (at least for me, since july 1st - now that's a record at 123)

By the end of yesterday I sold more that day alone than at 123rf than the rest of August, also more than half of July.  But then maybe it was just a good day there (or maybe I have a front page image or something, can never be bothered checking that stuff out)

Anyways assuming there's something going on other than dumb luck thanks Anglee & co!

This is my worst month since I started uploading to them years ago...  :-\
