Has anybody here tried to attach an MR to your shot, all I keep getting is a "attach-all"  so that every single shot, even the ones without people have MRs? bloody joke, how can they make something so simple into such a stupid roundabout operation.

Don't get too angry. Go to http://submit.123rf.com/myrelease.php , select the releases you want to attach to your shots. Then press "Attach selected releases to photos" button below. In the next page I usually check "Pending" checkbox and then I only have the pending batches to work with. After that you'll get checkbox with MRs you selected under each image. To attach the MR simply select the checkbox. Or you can "Attach all" as you already noticed.

Problem is I cant find the next page when I check-all,  also I might just want to check one or two. Ive actually mailed the support a few times but as usual its dead there.

I see now on the site that they're updating the servers and uploading & some other features are temporarily disabled.

Also, when you select proper MR, and when you check images related to it, don't expect any "OK" or "SUBMIT" or "APPLY" button, because there is not one. Just check files and leave the page, and MR will be attached to files.
