Hi LostOne, currently our forums have indeed been removed from the site for the time being. How can we make FTP work with the new design?  It's been HORRIBLE to upload to for the last 2 weeks.

I'm having the same type problems with the XP bulk uploader.  Not sure it was included in the redesign?

Previously I was 1 click away from upload history. Now I have to go to "Sell Images" then click "History"

It's actually on the front page if you scroll down a bit. Bottom right.

I would like the old download stats back... now i see all my downloads but not per day, in non date order... was better with the old download report... day by day...

Patrick.

https://www.123rf.com/submit/listmydownloaded.php shows me day by day.

Now.. how did you find that... must be buried deep enough.. :-).. thanks..
I left that page, and now i can't seem to find it back...  ???

Patrick. ;D

Yup, that's the one we're looking for. Now to find the link

Looks like they got rid of this page. Have to go back to the hard way of figuring out what sold today

I'm going to email support daily until they fix it or respond. Please join in. I shouldn't need a calendar and a calculator to determine what sold today.

same here,
I asked them several times to keep this page running.
Let's e-mail support every day,
everybody.
so they know that people need this.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We're having webform and FTP currently for you to upload images. And, we're upgrading our uploader tools to incorporate flash, please standby.

i quite like the new look. the only thing i don't like is that my sales dropped dramatically since they changed their design.

i am not a very big player but still more than 600 pics online. so far it looks like this gonna be my worst month by far since april 2009. if it goes on like this then i will make only about 20% of the february income... (while on SS, IS and DM it most likely gonna be BME this month)

anyone else with similar experiance? did they change their search engine, too?

If they have made finding an image as difficult as determine what has sold, I'm not surprised. They are rapidly tipping the trouble <> worth equation to the wrong side of the scale.

I have a math question for someone from 123RF.

If I have sold 2 copies of an image for a total of $1.06 and sold one of them today, how much did I make from today's sale?

I DON'T KNOW EITHER. PUT THE OLD STATS PAGE BACK.

I just discovered I had a payout 2 weeks ago on Paypal, but the sum is not deducted yet from my current earnings. If there are glitches in their accounting, it works both ways. They are not trying to fool us. Hopefully, it all gets settled soon.

Alex has responded to one of my requests for the  old stats page. Hopefully, something can get done. I spent way too much time this weekend trying to figure out what I had earned in the last few days.

Apart from the furiating download stats they seem to like rejecting a lot nowadays. From the 45 images I uploaded the last weeks, 38 were rejected for lighting issues. 80% of those had no problems at Istock.. The upside is that I sell  more than I used to. I guess I'll use my old images for that, as I will stop uploading for a while I guess.

no problems with rejections so far (still 90%+ accepted). but sales totally down. now it's below 20% of the previous month here... :-(((

Sad to see that the old old statistics page is now gone. How are we supposed to figure out what sold when for how much? Please return the old page or put in something new that supplies that information.

I have had some FTP problems since the change, but the last few batches seem to have worked ok, so hopefully that is fixed.

I think I know the page your looking for is ... Under "Download" ... where I wasn't looking before as I was thinking that was for things that I downloaded ...
Once there you select your month in the pulldown menu. It took me forever to find it as I wanted to know what individual image sold.

I hope this helps.
