Detail deleted as issue now resolved.
Maybe if it is your photo, you would like to contact him?
UPDATE: I put a comment about infringement of copyright and the photo has gone. Already.

Oh come on... Its just some private profile on facebook, nothing commercial at all.
I'm willing to bet that copyright issues didn't even occur to the poor guy when he found a cool pic that might look good on his facebook page.
I suggest you get off your high horse and concentrate on something productive.

I think it is important to let people know that online doesn't mean necessarily free. So many think that because it is online it is free to use. That's all.

"I'm willing to bet that copyright issues didn't even occur to the poor guy", well that is the core of the problem isnt it? i'll take your car tonight Benozaur, but dont worry, its only for personal use and only one time. "Poor guy", probably the reason why he stole the image in the first place. poeple like Benozaur are part of the problem imo, condoning theft because its only small

I'd say one of the biggest problems for any seller of a creative product, whether it be art, photography or music, is the belief by many that if an image or creative product is online it is somehow seen to be free. I think any working professional would take issue with your comment. It encourages the sort of thinking that takes money out of creative peoples pockets.
