Same. Also don't trust 123RF and their reporting in general after some experiences with their IT support.

Yes, that is really strange. I had exactly 2 downloads on March 1 - nothing since then. I never had that before!

I just sent an e-mail to 123rf support asking if this is possibly a bug. 10 days in a row without a single download - that is completely impossible from my point of view!

If it stays like this, I will have a test purchase made.

If it stays like this, I will have a test purchase made.

Nothing happened so far. No answer. The bug still exists. No downloads since first day of March - impossible. But at least the payout came in today.

I had refunds of image sales from 2014 and 2016. I'm very close to removing my portfolio from 123RF.

Same here, two from 2016 and one 2019... how is it even acceptable, I've asked them, not to politely, to close my account and I've deleted all my photos...

I seriously doubt this are real refund. I mean, from 8 years ago?? I think, this is just money theft, take a few cents or dollars from each contributor and you got a lot of money

So, today I've got two more refunds from 2016...and photos I've deleted yesterday are back online without me being able to manage them from the dashboard...that's some strange stuff of course with no response from support...

I have sales reported every day between June 16-21, except for Sunday the 19th.

I have sales reported every day between June 16-21, except for Sunday the 19th.

Same here since June 14. Most likely, the sales reporting stalled again selectively.

Any information about 123rf having sale reporting problems again?
- I do not have one sale in July, which is at least very unlikely
- the images of the "Downloads of the last 30 days" don't even show images anymore and are not clickable

Is it just me?

No, it's not just you. Same problem here. The images form the last 7 days and the last 30 days are not shown.

i earn only 25 EUR now a month from 123rf. Down from 400EUR a month, just 2 years ago.
And this month i think i have to make a payment to 123rf. Refunds from 2018..
Just crazy. And no explanation, or any information from them. It is like they dont care about a seller. Zero.
Is not possible for me to upload any files anymore (since months), because it feels like rip off.
