Hey everyone!
We understand that you're facing lots of hiccups when using FTP to upload and process. We're working on it to ensure everything is fine. Therefore, please use web uploader to upload your images.
We will keep you posted once the FTP upload is done.
Thanks for your understanding and Do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Many thanks,
Anglee

My earnings page shows all zeros for weeks. http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php (http://www.123rf.com/submit/commission.php)
I'd rather prefer that to be fixed.

Anglee,
That is so frustrating. Why do you support facebook and twitter when you have your own site? Doesn't that lower your position on search engine index? It just seems ridiculous that we are directed to facebook when you have a perfectly good site. It is almost as bad as istock sending people to thinkstock. Except you don't even have an interest in facebook ... do you?
??? >:( :(
