Title: Problem with "Check Upload FTP Results"

I've uploaded some images and would like to add the keywords, but every time i try to click "FTP settings / Check Upload FTP Results" pointing to http://submit.123rf.com/ftpresults.php (http://submit.123rf.com/ftpresults.php) it takes me to http://submit.123rf.com/login.php (http://submit.123rf.com/login.php) i.e. to the login page. Anyone else? I noticed this today. It has been working before.
