Title: Refunds at 123RF

nothing strange the refunds at 123RF but this one was for 17.41$, a 100MB sale with unlimited seat etc (purchased yesterday and refunded today)

the refunds are quite upsetting, not because of this latest with high $$ but in the way we will never know if the buyer will use it anyway once the picture is on their side.. how agencies deal with this?

If someone refunded that amount on my sales I would be in 'Red' and have to mail a check to them! I heard some folks stating that refunds were issued after several months! Tell me that the customers didn't put those pics to use!
