I'm not going to mess with them...I'm tired of having to do all the work for these places. I have better things to do with my time. ;)

I agree with you but I need to keep up there once they are my 4th best earner..

I think it may be just one reviewer.  I complained on here a while back after several batches had a 90 - 100% acceptance rate across all other sites (including the big four), and only a 10% acceptance rate at 123RF.

Since then my batches have had an AR more in line with the other agencies, so I feel sure it's one reviewer that's out of synch with the others.

ETA:  Hopefully 123RF will see these concerns and do some spot-checks on rejections.

honestly I doubt anything will change, time to time this happens, dont know if it is reviewer or other thing but it happens a lot..

I am mad!  >:( >:( >:(

Lately, they reject most of my new files...!
Some of them are already good earners on other sites, also main reason for rejections is "minimal commercial value"...
Who is crazy here?

WOW...I checked my account to and had a FEW of the minimal commercial rejections approved!! It feels like there is a bone given to keep a barking dog quit...... Funny to see that two images from one serie have different commercial values:):):) To be continued.....

Thank you Anglee!

Now my "critical" files are approved!
 :)
Honestly, I do not want 100 percent approval of my photos,  just more and less constant level of criteria for evaluation...

That's great to hear Borg.

I agree with you, consistency is all we want.  Hopefully 123RF will carry out those spot checks on rejections, as not everyone reads this forum, and many contributors just accept rejections and assume that a second review will bring a further disappointment.  Others are just to busy to keep going over old ground repeatedly.

Thanks, Anglee, for responding positively to legitimate concerns.

I did send a message as Anglee suggested above and it went from 0/13 to 8/13 accepted. That is reasonably in line with my normal acceptance ratio. Thanks for looking into it.

Hopefully if this was one reviewer just blanket refusing anything then that has been looked into. I realize that the reviewing process is inexact, but getting mass rejections is a waste of time for the submitter and the agency.

About 70% of my last batch was also rejected for  "Minimal Commercial Value". Some of the rejections are diong very well on other sites. I thinks a reviewer will look at a photo and ask himself "Will I buy this photo?" and if the answer is no, he will hit the rejection button without considering that that other might find it appealing.

There's really something strange going on: I submit files there since four years and always had a decent approval ratio but the last times I had all my submissions rejected because of "minimal commercial value" which NEVER happened before!

When I look in their latest images section or check the contributors with most uploads in the past 30 days I see loads of images I wouldn't buy myself but that doesn't mean they have a minimal commercial value? It depends on what the customer is looking for. If that customer is looking for a pile of dog crap one day, even that pile of dog crap can have a huge commercial value!

They must be in a big hurry to get through the queue, I got a "Rejected" this morning.  No reason.  Just Rejected.  Kinda hard to learn from my mistakes, but oh well.

Not really sure what is going on, some batches have 6/6 thrown out then 3/5 thrown out and a EPS thrown out for the same reason and so on. I understand that I am new and have a small portfolio and all of that but when most of the other sites that I send to accept the same photos and these guys do not, it makes me wonder. The other part is that I cant figure out that if any of my photos are even being looked at as I have had zero sales with a portfolio of over 120 photos.

Well now I must be on a roll, have now had 16/19 rejected and still no sales. Strange part is that I am getting 16/19 accepted at other sites, kinda makes you wonder doesn't it.

I'm not too worked up about a rejection, but just so you know - the last sitemail I've received was 10 March 2010!

While we are on the topic of 123 I have lost track of where to see what has been selling.  Can someone remind me where do I go to see today's sales, not just the account balance, but the actual photos that have sold.

down at the bottom right click on the "more"

then click on "download" - that brings up the images sold.
