Anyone ever figured out a way to get accurate and up to date stats on 123? For instance, today, if I look at the earnings page, I have had 3 sales. If I look at the download stats page for the month, I have had 2 sales. If I look at the download stats page for just the 1st, I have had 1 sale.

It's consistently inconsistent like this throughout the month, making it impossible to tell what you have sold at any given time. As days go by, the disparity gets bigger with sales appearing on the download stats page from 2-3 days ago.

Done. This has been going on for a long time. First time I've tracked it from the 1st of the month when it's easy to see.

As of now, per earnings page, I have 4 downloads, per monthly stats, I have 1 download, per stats for the 1st I have 2 downloads, per stats for the 2nd I have 0 downloads.

I see this discrepancy all the time, but it seems to straighten out after a few days - I assume it has something to do with how partner sales dribble in and different parts of their system updating at different times. That suggests some nasty spaghetti code with different parts of the system all updating at different times or in different ways.

Given how long this has been happening and how they haven't spent any time providing decent reporting on stats for contributors (total downloads and $$ per image, daily sales totals, "credits" totals for the new accounting system, and on and on) it's clear that they don't consider this a priority.

We're an expense and to be minimized, not an asset to be valued and supported.

A bit off topic - but has anyone else noticed that clicking on Earnings from the home page http://www.123rf.com takes you to the upload page?

It actually the Referral / Earnings / History links that are all taking me to the Upload page
From there the links seem to be correct though.

I've noticed the same thing - I assume it's a temporary glitch.

Probably a cut and paste error by the programmer. If you hit earnings a second time after you get to the upload page, you go to the right place.

Ok, it's broken again. Monthly stats show one thing, daily stats something else, earnings something else.

Never mind, not worth the trouble. As others have said, this has been broken for years. Actually, it was broken when they first change the sales view and hasn't worked  since.

Still not working. Earnings page shows downloads that don't appear on monthly stats page

Yes, or sales that show up on the monthly stats page one time and, after reloading the page, are gone again. This has been happening for months, if not longer...  :o

I've either had 2, 3, or 4 sales today depending on where I look. It is (or should be) a single database. Why does 3 queries for the same information return 3 different results?

Anglee, thanks for coming in here to explain things.

The problem I have regularly is this: I look at my Download Stats page at, for example, 1pm and see x downloads (n of them new), I look at that page at 4pm again and see only x - n downloads. Usually this transient downloads turn up until the next day, but it is rather irritating...

If as both jsnover and Anglee have said it all catches up then does it really matter?  Stop looking at all 3 places and just check one and save yourselves the stress.

No, not really - but to me it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their record keeping, to be honest. It's just an annoying bug that should be exterminated  ;D

That would be fine if they were consistent and in order. Images sold 2-3 days ago suddenly pop up way back up in the list after images sold yesterday and today are showing up. I used to just check the one place, until I got to the end of the month and discovered that my tally and what showed on the earnings page were way off. Besides the explanation just doesn't hold. The earnings page seems to update immediately as it should, the other pages are inconsistent and erratic. In short, it doesn't work - it's broke. Fix it

Ok I thought that it was just a simple time lag like happens at DT, SS IS and probably other sites.
