Has anyone else noticed that everything seems to have come to a standstill at 123rf?

I have images pending for weeks...I have written to them with technical issues (images are missing from my portfolio) and nothing has been done. Also, my sales have come to a standstill.

What is happening? Or maybe it is just me?

I have images missing from my portfolio as well. I emailed them about it and this is the reply I got:

"With regards to the missing portfolio images the IT department is aware of the issue, but it seems that it will take longer for them to fix. Once fixed, the images will still need some time to be batched to appear. Hope this clarifies. Rest assured we are looking in to the matter for you."

I stopped uploading to them-- images waiting for review too long.  Tired of having to email them every time to actually get them reviewed.

In the long run it does no harm to have them sitting there a while......I do currently have quite a few sitting in the queue. I've never bothered to mail them.

since september sales suddenly increased with over 50%. September BME, october is in the race to beat this.
Uploading is easy, I (almost) never check my approvals there

As a buyer, I had issues with the site yesterday. I did a search, which returned multiple pages. I looked through the first and second page, but when I clicked and went to the third, no images came up, just a list of sentences (maybe the descriptions of the images?). I went back to pg 2, then back to 3 and it happened again. I skipped that page and went on. Clearly something is wrong with the site.

I uploaded some files yesterday and they were approved within 24 hours.  Sales have been consistent for the last while.

I have around 100 images not been reviewed for more than 3 months now. I tried to reach them via email. For the first couple of emails, they replied that they would review them soon, which they never did. For my last email they even didn't reply. Have they started to close the shop? Anyone got any photos reviewed in last couple of days?

Good to hear that.
Have you got any images reviewed recently? Within last week, may be?

Great, at least they are still functioning...

I still have editorial images pending from August  >:( Last time this happened I had to email them which led to them being reviewed same day. Not sure what changed here -editorials used to get fast track reviews, usually within a few hours or next day at the latest. It's frustrating to just see them sit there month after month, but I really shouldn't have to contact them to make reviews happen. From memory I would say this stems from when they revamped the upload page - maybe new uploads get hidden or something? We don't seem to get the feed back on MSG from them either which they used to be good at doing. Regards, David.

From my experience - they review in batches.

I might upload content for three weeks and in that time none will be reviewed. I log-in the following day and they have checked the entire 21 days worth of uploads.

+1 - the editorial content seems to take longer to review.

I am glad I've dropped them two months ago. No worries at all  :)

Everything is still sooooo slow. I wonder what is going on there? Something seems different. It's like no-one is in the office.

Yeah, it seems very much like that. Staff layoffs? Bankrupted? Their agents didn't respond here for sometime now.
